Sorry all, haven't managed to get on here at all for over a week. Daughters op went okay, but been really busy caring for her since. Did manage a 2lb loss last week though, although some of that will be due to a morning weigh in instead of my normal evening one.

Morning :) Good to see you back kathrynha, I'm pleased the op went ok, well done on the loss :)

Thank you ChrisV for the chart & glad to hear your daughter is on the mend Kathrynha.

Well done on SOTW Miss Teach & I bet your son was gobsmacked SSM.

Well I achieved a lot this challenge didn't I :rotfl:

I'm going to try and have a very good week this week as I'll be weighing a day early due to the BH...we're going away as well so have got some SW friendly meals to take with us. Will also be taking the bike - I wasn't going to as there's no where really to cycle but hubby has persuaded me that I can ride around the camp site so that's what I'll be doing.

I'm going to try and go swimming this week as well - I really do need to get my head back into the game as I'm beginning to annoy myself now.

Going to try the Prawn Bhuna from Aldi tonight so will report back on that.

:T well done on your 2lbs loss kathrynha and good to see you posting again. We've missed you.:)

I portioned up the lentil soup for the freezer today although I did sample some last night. I'm blaming the return of the cold weather.;)

I'm going to have to go to be weighed this week as my website access has run out.:( The system has changed and now they just kick you out as a target member after 8 weeks if you haven't been weighed. Previously it was longer and they gave you a reminder. So I'll go on Thursday or Friday morning. I'm not expecting to be in range so I'll just have to suck it up and deal with it. Worrying won't help but sticking to plan might!:D

I'm out for a meal tomorrow night but the pub I'm going to does steak, salad and new potatoes so I'll be OK to make a wise choice.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, scrambled eggs, half HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: ham, fried LO veg (just one potato), pickled cabbage
D: baked salmon, SW chips, tomatoes, mushrooms, asparagus and broccoli
    Syns: HP sauce 1

I will take that as a compliment as sadly I'm not young........

    Morning all.
Colder today, so I'll take soup for lunch don't think salad will be appreciated today.
You are as old as the man you feel:rotfl::rotfl:

Thanks for the chart Chris and congrats Miss Teach on SOTW.

Glad to hear DD is doing OK Kathrynha and a nice bonus loss for you!.

Speed day for me today - trying to do one or two a week but I do find it hard! Eggs are my secret weapon as I enjoy them and find they fill me up.

    Brunch Mushroom and bacon omlette
    Pear, orange
D Steak, roast veg and salad
2 Alpen Lights for HEB. Only syns so far in LTL mayo so might have a chocolate biscuit later.

    Have a nice evening all.
