I thought you'd put 5 Bloody Mary's at first! :rotfl:curl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!0 -
What a mess my fruit salad looked this afternoon. I used one of those blueberry 50 something calorie yoghurts and they're the brightest purple colour!
It all looked most odd....
Hope everyone has had a good day, I'm shattered and going to have an early night.

Sorry all, haven't managed to get on here at all for over a week. Daughters op went okay, but been really busy caring for her since. Did manage a 2lb loss last week though, although some of that will be due to a morning weigh in instead of my normal evening one.
Hope you have all been good for Chris.

What have you had then?
Saturday I knew would be slightly difficult as I was going to theatre in afternoon & my friend was cooking. So for breakfast, I had 2 brown rolls with Laughing Cow light, tomato & cucumber, knew that would keep me full. Dinner, although to be fair, I didn't eat a huge amount, was dhal, rice & salad, not nearly enough speed
Yesterday my brother took me to carvery, we had a 12:00 booking as I needed to be somewhere at 2:30, so I skipped breakfast. Did ok for meal, but I went for a dessert:eek:.
Today is another day, so will try & get it all pulled back for Thursday weigh in.

Have a good day everyone:D
I have decided that today is another day and the start of phase 2 of plan. I have not stopped eating rubbish since the holiday - result is loss of 0.4lb - which is a loss but if I had not eaten all the rubbish which has no nutritional value I may have been happier.:D:D:D:D
