    Wow you've done really well ssm.
    I estimate a stone per dress Size?
    It's interesting to know before and after sizes, or those inbetween.

    I have lost 4 stone. All I can say is that when DS1 met me at the airport - he walked past me!

    Morning everyone.

    I can report -2lb

    Really pleased as I had a good week apart when it went wrong yesterday due to a day out. 2 coffee stops, 1 with a slice of cake! Lunch out then wine and a packet of crisps last night........

    That's it now, back to plan.

    Ha ha. I didn't start off at size 12 though, and it's not quite where I want to finish (my BMI after months of hard work is 24.9, so I'm only just in the healthy range). To be comfortably in the middle of the normal range I'll need to have lost 20% of my original start weight.

    Well done Nicki.

    Thanks beanie, only 2lb but it spurs you on.
    Plus I feel better already but I think that's because I've been drinking more water.

    My legs (and boobs) are okay - it is the rest of me that is terrible - I think when god created me he thought he would have a laugh and blew my abdomen up!

    The clothes I took on holiday ranged from size 12 to size 20 - you can not believe the different in sizes and some things I like baggy (or it maybe that parts of my body are different sizes). I think I am really 14-16, and when I get back on my diet I am hoping to get down to a 14. Less than a year ago I was 22/24.... :o:o:o:o:o
    EErmmmmm..........i dont have boobs:eek: just little sacks:rotfl::rotfl:
