Morning everyone.
I can report -2lb
Really pleased as I had a good week apart when it went wrong yesterday due to a day out. 2 coffee stops, 1 with a slice of cake! Lunch out then wine and a packet of crisps last night........
That's it now, back to plan.curl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!0 -

That's amazing.
I bet he was pleased for you. :Tcurl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!0 -
Ha ha. I didn't start off at size 12 though, and it's not quite where I want to finish (my BMI after months of hard work is 24.9, so I'm only just in the healthy range). To be comfortably in the middle of the normal range I'll need to have lost 20% of my original start weight.
Well done Nicki.curl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!0 -

I've decided if you lot wear size 10 or 12 you shouldn't be on the slimming world thread as you're all slim already!!!
Job done.....I've had a decent week, followed by a bad Saturday......
Will see what the scales say on Sunday.Sunshinemummy wrote: »My legs (and boobs) are okay - it is the rest of me that is terrible - I think when god created me he thought he would have a laugh and blew my abdomen up!
The clothes I took on holiday ranged from size 12 to size 20 - you can not believe the different in sizes and some things I like baggy (or it maybe that parts of my body are different sizes). I think I am really 14-16, and when I get back on my diet I am hoping to get down to a 14. Less than a year ago I was 22/24....:o:o:o:o
