Ok been shopping again:p, for once in my life took SSM's advice:rotfl::rotfl: i bought high rise and they fit lovely:T:T, those white trousers are sooooooo last yr:rotfl::rotfl: i can fit in one leg:eek:
Thank god you listened, they are so much more comfortable and give a better shape (an admin lady at work who is very hip told me, well she shouted at me.... I did not dare ignore her).Definitely:rotfl:
Yet you didnt wear on holiday?
:T:T:T well done, size 10 can only dream of that:rotfl::rotfl: did you get your fridge sorted?
I wore shorts all the time and some were very very skimpy, but my favourite ones were very Elite - I bought size 12 high waist jeans from a Next outlet for £2 in blue and another in green (they had really horrible legs)... and cut them down and sewed them - they are fab. xTakeItEazy wrote: »It’s not just the toilet though. Hubby has contacted council re rent reduction but still waiting for call back
Don’t see why we should have to pay to use leisure facilities either
TIE - you should not be living there it is not fit for human habitation - get in touch with environmental health - they will get whoever is responsible to move you out into somewhere habitable on the same day.... I would look at which hotels would best fit your needs so that you can tell your landlord where you want to go. When you are back in, you need to talk about compensation, if they refuse, write them a strong letter, telling them that you will not be paying xx amount of rent to compensate for the extremely poor treatment of you (they have treat you like an animal - you should not have had to pay for the privilege).100 -

Evening all.
Just a quick question has anyone had the Prawn Bhuna from Aldi?
Just wondering if it was nice0 -
I've decided if you lot wear size 10 or 12 you shouldn't be on the slimming world thread as you're all slim already!!!
Job done.....curl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!0 -
I've had a decent week, followed by a bad Saturday......
Will see what the scales say on Sunday.curl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!0 -

BUT.... if I wasn't on the SW thread I wouldn't be a size 12!
AND... I need the thread to keep me there!
I've never seen the Prawn Bhuna. How many syns? I looked at the frozen Chicken Slimsomething (???) yesterday but couldn't remember what the syns were so I stuck with tried and tested Lamb Rogan Josh.
I'm not a fan of shorts either. I have a long body and find them uncomfortable. Instead I have short skirts and dresses for wearing in the sun. Strictly for outside the UK though.:rotfl:

My legs (and boobs) are okay - it is the rest of me that is terrible - I think when god created me he thought he would have a laugh and blew my abdomen up!I've decided if you lot wear size 10 or 12 you shouldn't be on the slimming world thread as you're all slim already!!!

The clothes I took on holiday ranged from size 12 to size 20 - you can not believe the different in sizes and some things I like baggy (or it maybe that parts of my body are different sizes). I think I am really 14-16, and when I get back on my diet I am hoping to get down to a 14. Less than a year ago I was 22/24....:o:o:o:o

It's interesting to know before and after sizes, or those inbetween.curl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!0 -

Ha ha. I didn't start off at size 12 though, and it's not quite where I want to finish (my BMI after months of hard work is 24.9, so I'm only just in the healthy range). To be comfortably in the middle of the normal range I'll need to have lost 20% of my original start weight.0
