Well done sunflower! That's a good loss. :T

Oh dear tie. It must be so awful without a bathroom. Is there nobody you could visit with a towel under your arm? Or go to the local Leisure Centre for a swim and shower?:)

I was pleased with myself last night as I resisted wine syns to offset those I'd had in Cornwall. I even managed to ignore beanie when she was posting about gin!:rotfl:

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage with HEA milk
L: ham with bubble & squeak and pickles
D: Lamb Rogan Josh with HM pilau rice and SW chips, mushrooms
Syns: Extra HEXs 6, syrup 2.5, curry 1.5, wine???

TIE - when our shower was out (admittedly for only a week) we used our gym membership to justify using their showers. This also may be a bit gross ( so I apologise in advance) but for early morning/ last thing at night no 1s could you not use a bucket and then slop it out in the morning?

Had a WI today and it saw - 1lb so no way am I going to hit target in a fortnights time now!

Got a steak for tonight as a little treat and may have some wine as well.

    Morning all
WI with .8lb gain :A, really fed up with home situation! No bathroom/shower for nigh on a month now. My toilet is a porta loo like they have on building sites and is sitting on my drive way :o. Had to wear a coat and wellies for my morning visit as it’s heaving down here. We’re all feeling lousy and grubby as washing in a bucket doesn’t make us feel really clean :(. Got at least another week before toilet goes in, feel like crying today :(:(. Was up at stupid o’clock even though I’m feeling exhausted.
Anyway worse things going on in the world.. R.I.P little Alfie, fly high sweet little man. My heart goes out to his devastated parents :(
This is not acceptable, i thought if you had a new toilet put in, it had to be same day?
Morning everyone, well done on your weight losses, 2lb off for me this morning :)

I love shorts, I would wear them all the time if it was not cold in the UK and inappropriate to wear for work!

I like shorts too. When I'm a size that doesn't scare the horses :D

-2lb for me this week which I'm pleased about. If I manage a loss next week I'll be in a new (and the last) stone boundary Hurrah! My losses have definitely slowed down lately but I think that's because I'm getting a bit careless and have also been less active recently.

I managed to fit into a pair of size 10 jeans in M and S on Thursday. I looked a bit lumpy and fatter in them than in the size 12s I was wearing, so I didn't buy them but I was pleased that the zip and button at least fastened.

I took some before and after pics too and I can really see the difference now myself when I put them side by side. People who haven't seen me for a while definitely notice the change too, though people I see day to day haven't really commented on it. I am back in the normal BMI range now (albeit towards the top) so anything more off from this point onwards is a bonus
