Good idea, thanks, I will do that. I've signed up to my first (well, second, but someone :A talked me through the very first one) bookie, but they need some proof of ID (I must look dodgy) before I can deposit, so I've been putting it off.....lol. :o

Who is asking for ID? :D

And why haven't you cracked on with this?

Yep, I know what you mean - I weigh them on my kitchen scales, check out what the postage would be on the Royal Mail website and then flick back and forth on the amazon site to find an appropriate amount to charge so that I get paid *something*. Of course, it means that my price is unrealistic - but sometimes people are willing to pay more for something from an actual real life person, so I might get lucky. Thanks for the warning and the support both, Pania - appreciated! It won't really be chocolate, don't worry - the addiction I often give in to is pesto, and I just bought four tubs with a Waitrose voucher!!!!

Um, Snaggles - come back to my thread quick, you have a demand from SS!!! And knowing what I know now about matched betting, its the single most lucrative thing we can do, given that you need a float to get started.

Hi SS! Yes, news of how to m.b. spreads, if slowly! Its going okay, I'm a bit slow tho it *feels* fast. Last weekend I did my first m.b. that wasn't match odds, but ht/ft, and I got it right, so that boosted my confidence. And the resulting freebie has just been credited to my account this afternoon. Even tho I don't make in the hundreds like you, I'm starting to see my way clear, so its going well. Got to sign off now :o its my mum's birthday and I haven't phoned her yet....

Just take it slowly. The offers are always there. Keep an eye out over the next week for the Cheletenham offers. Can be quite lucrative. :)

Your price is not unrealistic. Your buyers aren't silly - they'll calculate it with postage added.

It always makes me laugh with the ebay sellers - "Only 25p!!! (and £210 p&p)"

Just rushing to post on my own diary, will have to look at the rest of the forum another time :( However :):):) I am going to take as a good omen the TV show that came on while I was channelhopping and eating lunch after two mystery shops - Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, that Chris Tarrant Show (I wrote... I want to be.. lol) and it was a bloke called David who actually won a million pounds! Goood. Lots of lucky dust my way - **our** ways.

Today: got back onto A&L online banking after stuffing my own internet code, done the two mystery shops (hurray - 2% of my £1000 overpayment), have got time now to do at least one of the data inputs (IF I get off mse), washing machine is on, have now got work booked solid all afternoon, so a good moneyearning day. However, 95% of my dishes and cutlery are dirty. I couldn't cook anything right now if I wanted to - ahem, dinner may be a little late tonight. Still, its all good money.
