Morning all! Morning Bob! Hope you slept well, and I hope Squizzer is on her way.

I don't really feel guilty about it (the health thing), it was just writing that took me a little aback. And I'm happy cos I've found that eating wheat doesn't give me the really bad stomach that chocolate does - it doesn't help with a flat stomach and all that, but it doesn't do *bad* things. Very happy camper here.

Today ..... I think a bit of gardening is called for i.e. digging, keeping going on that shade free area, haven't done any for yonks. I'm certainly going to spend quite a bit of time outside today, once I've woken up.

EDIT: I'm fiddling about on the laptop cos I can't bear to go do anything, and got *another* paid yougov survey - I'm tantalisingly close to a payout - up to £47.50 now! Doing those prize surveys really helped in getting offers for the paid ones coming back.

Welcome Shaun! Post here as much as you like, honey

As for the gardening :eek::eek: it had to take second place to the decluttering and cleaning preparatory to insect proofing..... :o

Can't do any more in the house now cos I'll get the insect stuff all over me if I do, so its back to the gardening - you're a mindreader really, aren't you? :rotfl:Otherwise, I'm still taking it really easy - I'm shocked at how tired I am after that intense work on Wednesday, I really am getting older :(

    Whatchoo doing today?

Blimey Shaun, thats one *busy* day! And you're aiming for Dr Who *and* Red Dwarf both? I'm going to be DVD-ing Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars this evening, used to have it on video, but I chucked the video out :o ....

Glad you've got oh with you tomorrow. I'm having a shopping day Saturday - I was going to go to Tesco's, and then realised I couldn't carry the stuff, so I've done an online shop .... delivery is only £3.50, thats only 30p more than the reduced rate bus ticket for delivery straight to my door. Nice.....

Otherwise .... its just stopped raining, don't think I'll bother with the garden today, its too wet, but I will go a 20m walk round the block, get some fresh air. Might be the insecticide thats making me feel fairly dozified.... don't work too hard - I'm sure the oh would like to communicate wtih you when she's not working, some stage in the next ten years!

Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:

Excellent! I'll watch it safe and secure in a little mse fest of our own!

    Don't work too hard KC.

I've hardly done a stroke all day! The walk ended up being towards the village thats 15 minutes away, to get a cake! I think I also moved a box, and shredded a dozen pieces of paper..... oh, and I had to clean the sink, cos the pest control man used it when he was diluting the insecticide concentrate..... that lot took about ten minutes. I swear I'm not working! :j
    20m twenty mile!!!!!!

    Well of course! :D:D:D

Fantastic, Shaun! I *love* Firefly, I think its wonderful - I actually *bought* the DVDs, thats how much I love it! I've just finished watching the new Red Dwarf - they don't look bad at all, Robert Llewellyn's got the easiest job there, of course. I love the way they're always churning it up.

And I think its *very* possible to influence our children :)
