Coo Bob, you have Sky plus for £18.50? Bargain .... I'm still wondering whether to do this, found Juventus as a good-enough qualifier, I'm just a bit ... nervous. I'm going to read through the Intro thread, and if the betfair money is still there and I haven't made some calamitous error, I'll do it.
We had the full package, then cut it back. I rung them up to cancel and it has been at that for ages..well over a year. I have two of their mixes as well, so i get living and whatnot.
I have an offer in my email but am still nervous about them.:oBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

A m.b. offer? Explore it by all means... if you're thinking of doing it on tonight's matches, I'd say don't do it. When I very first started out, I did it for matches that were about 2 days away - I looked at what I'd done immediately after I'd done it, of course, but being able to come back to it the next day and know that I could fiddle about (in terms of - if I hadn't laid the right thing or the right amount on betfair) was a huge relief. And even now, joining a bookie and doing a qualifier at the same time on a match that starts in a couple of hours has slightly given me the heebie jeebies. I'm certainly not going to use the free bet today, it has a month's time limit on it.
And the first you do, run it by a friend (not me! I'm always convinced mine won't work anyway!) or run it by the experienced lot on the beginners thread. Or both, if you count me as the friend. Sorry, I'm rabbiting now...2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
I do count you as a friend, cripes you probably know more about me than lots of folk if not more.lolBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Sorry - of course I count you as a friend! I meant a friend you could trust about matched betting - *I* don't trust me about matched betting, although I only follow what the matcher says to do, its so complex knowing which button to press - many a slip etc etc etc.2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Morning! Oh - afternoon! I've been on here for ages, honest....including saying hello to Bob on her thread, when she's up anyway, lol.
So today... well, if I get the partybets money, I can add about £55 to my dfw totals. And I made £38 or so from the totesport offer, did both qualifier and freebie last night, the freebie game plays today, hopefully (Spain - it was a hurricane down there, horrible news for them in real life, not just my piddly bet). And that totals £93, which I'm not including yet.
I *did* update my colouring in squares - I'm up to £500 again, since midNovember, so come 1st Feburary, I'll pay that off the mortgage. I've got an £8.27 discrepancy between what I thought I had and what I've actually got, but its in my favour so I'm not grumbling. And my £1000 in 100 days is now up to £177.96, but with that totesport money will be up to about £216, and if p.b. aren't upset with me for withdrawing that'll go to £271, which brings me level, just a tiny bit over. Matched betting is definitely the way to go .... will update the sig later tho, its a bit too fiddly at the mo).
I must also be really near a payout on qype, as I've done loads since they emailed me that I was halfway there.
And today, I've had to email the people I sublet from in London to tell them about a leak that had wet loads of cushions and pillows and whatnot - I *hate* doing that sort of thing, and it made me feel quite yucky - *and* I'm hungry now, so I'm going to be good, shut down the comp, and get something proper to eat (tatties, pesto, feta, slurp...)2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Amazing how it all adds up really, seems to have gone very quickly since the last lot.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
