  • Hi Karmacat,

Hope that you managed to get some gardening done, it's a bit too cold for me to be out there and no doubt I'll regret it by next summer.

Sorry to hear that you made a loss on your trading.

Um, not yet Tea - been on the computer, the trade was coming up to 10am, and then I had to analyse it to death and write about it to all and sundry! What I *have* done is the cleaning - the hall, the living room, the loo, and now the bedroom, which were all desperately in need of a good hoover, so thats a really good accomplishment. All the windows in the house are open too, to air properly before I have clients late this afternoon. But I'm really warm from vacuuming, tho my feet are freezing from lack of exercise. I think the gardening really *does* call me this afternoon. I don't really like going out there, but once I'm out there its not too bad - same as anything, really. And I do like seeing it tidier; and as I said earlier, there are structural problems as it is with letting shrubs and trees overgrow their bounds, I'm not going to let that get any worse, no way.

So its onwards and upwards, after my nice rice dish - basmati, cashew nuts, pumpkin seeds and spinach, with a dose of hot salsa over the lot!

I realise I knew yours from qype, Bob, I thought it was only Hypno I knew from there. I like yours, its very you-on-here. As well as being a cutesie kitten and a pain in the wotsit :) I'm quite blokey about a lot of things, so a woman in a man's clothes is quite me, as well (she is, isn't she?).

    Just call me schizophrenic... :)

I think you could have described me as well in that..i am extremely independant and will tackle anything a man can..except footie( i hate it with a passion) I also think it was because i grew up with three beefy brothers, i can still arm wrestle:rotfl: my sister is probably most like you though, she is very into cute things and at the same time can plaster and re wire..it runs in our family:rotfl: But she only managed to beat me at arm wrestling once:cool:

Wow! I'm an absolute weakling physically, I have to confess, but otherwise its all incredibly similar. How odd these things are ....

I just hopped back on, btw, to say that I was all set up for an afternoon's active watching for trading signals on the 15m chart, and another £70 of work has just come my way - too good to miss, so I'm off now for the day, I won't be finished till 9.30 now, breaks too tiny to do anything except grab a cuppa tea.

    Byeeeee :D

Thanks mizmir! I got finished about 9.45 - I feel in a bit of a bad mood today, tbh - the extra work got sprung on me at half an hour's notice, and while the money is *vastly* appreciated, (a) I really earned it and (b) I had no exercise at all, cos I was planning to garden in that time. So I'm definitely a grumpy old woman today. I have a meeting with my partner at 11 this morning, and if he cracks any stupid jokes at me, I *will* hit him

I missed Martin on the telly. And I missed the finance stuff on the beeb cos I then stayed too long on itv

I have no f**** life cos I'm in debt. Just imagining what I'm going to put in any Christmas notes is really hard - I won £20 on bingo? What kind of Christmas news is that?

Oh! Didn't realise I was quite that teed off. I think I'd better get some breakfast.

  • Well you sound just like i did the other day..breakfast and a few jokes are good...i haven't seen Martin either, but if you miss stuff on the beeb there is always Iplayer..my new fav toy..i am currently catching up with little Dorrit, as i forgot to set Sky plus for it.

As regards debt, i think that is what upset Mr.B the other night..he had got a bonus and was gutted that it couldn't be spent on what he wanted too, which was the family..he is a nice chap really ( but it is always the way that when you live with someone too long, you have to work harder at remembering the good things! :o Sometimes i feel like one of the gang of women on Last of the summer wine, but probably look more like Compo..:rotfl: )

  • Talking of Christmas notes, we get the round of them from various mates and relatives. I enjoy some of them but most of the time reading about Grandma Nelly's piles, really doesn't cut it for me..oh and there is always some 'smug marrieds' whose life is so perfect and wonderful...they really p*** me off. I can only send seasonal greetings of warts to them..:rotfl: :rotfl:
