@Drawingaline I really can't fault their customer service, new Shark arrived today. I need to register it for warranty and get a spare set of filters. Dropped the old Shark off to be collected yesterday. Just see how I get on with this one.
Hopefully on Thursday should be getting new French doors fitted on Skye house. Shame I can't get up to see what they'll look like. Housekeeper is going to check everything's ok after they've been.
Worked today to make up for the snow day. Got some really awkward listings sorted out that's needed to be done for a while.
Had my first PT session yesterday, it went ok, legs were a bit achey this morning so must've done some good. Start detox on Monday, not going to be easy giving up my Costa habit but will save some money.

Cooked a brunch for the hungry hordes. Tried to go for a walk but it was so blooming slippy that we gave up. I'm terrible at walking on ice and I'm so tense that if I did fall it would be like a tree hitting the deck! had pizza and garlic bread for tea. Roll on detox week!! Going to weigh myself in the morning and then again on Friday morning before the PT session, as I'll need to report in.

Ordered 1200l oil today as it was at a good price. Managed to stay away from the Costa machine, no mean feat I can tell you! Didi 10 mins on the exercise bike when I got up then 23 mins when I got home. Just made some soup for lunches and a homemade chicken korma for tea with no rice.

But very few people agree with me 🤷😂
I do have a shark handheld (like a dustbuster) and like that, but it is a pretty simple machine. But the uprights just don't so it for me.Debt free Feb 2021 🎉2 -
We always had a Henry growing up tbh! But thought I'd try shark due to recommendations. I agree they are harder to handle due to the power of the suction on them but I've been amazed at amount of fur it has picked up. I think if I was doing cleaning every day I would go for something lighter and easier to move around. As it is I hoover once a week 🤣*Dad loan - £5300 - £7200

I hate Henrys, especially having 3 pooches and 2 of them are very fluffy. Felt awful today, probably the detox kicking in. Luckily DD1 was finished earlier and picked me up as I'd gone in with OH. Came home had a bath and then went to bed, not long been up but feel a bit better. I was organised and put tea on in the slow cooker this morning, so that's another hassle I don't have to bother about. Checked the balance on my M&S card it was £118 so cleared that off. It now means I mustn't touch that account until after the 1st as I'll be short for all the DDs that come out then.
