I love my Shark too, had to get a new vacuum during first lockdown and was amazed and disgusted by how much the Shark picked up on the first use!

This was me the first time I used mine as well. It's amazing how much fur it picks up every time I hoover. I have to empty it half way now 🤣

SO, had my second session with the PT.  It went ok but hadn't realised I would be doing the circuit 3 times!!!!  Scores on the doors for last week OH did very well and lost 9lb,  DD2 lost 6lb and I lost a paltry 3lb.  Slightly disappointed but at least its a loss.  Decided to do another week of detox and then move onto my fitness pal for the week after to track calories.  Ever so slightly dreading this as I'm going to be on a 1000 per day.  I've still got to cook for 5 of us and that can fluctuate.

DD2 paid me some money back so I sent another 140 to the ISA
