Took the pooch to the vets, they don't think she's in pup but having another scan next week to hopefully confirm one way or another.  Next time maybe do a blood test to check when she's ready.  Just come back from taking them for walk.  This meant me doing my best Pingu impression as it was very icy.
We've put the ebay and amazon settings to holiday mode but on ebay they can still buy but are aware it won't be posted till next year.  Anyway since Christmas Eve ebay had clocked up 36 sales, so got most of those posted today.
Just organised for the DDs to get winter tyres put on their cars.  DD1 is away most mornings at 3.30 and DD2 starts a new job an hour and a half away, so wanted them to be safe.  DD1 is using the pickup at the moment as we don't need it till next week.

Great sales Lucielle. Hope you have a relaxing time over New Year. Let's hope 2021 is a lot better than this one.

So a slightly stressful end to the year.  Just had to rush the old collie to the out of hours vet.  She's eaten grapes and is now residing in an en-suite cage with a drip overnight.  Goodness knows how much that's going to cost but she's worth it.  We might get the blood results.  Scrap that the vet just phoned, liver and kidneys ok but could change over the next 24 hours.  She is slightly anaemic but the vets not sure why and wondered if she'd been at rat poison, which she hasn't.

Well been and collected the old girl, she still isn't right but she's home.  Going in again on Wednesday for a blood test to check everything is working ok.  Cooking a ,massive roast beef which should keep the 5000 going for the whole of January!
Thanks to everybody who reads and supports me on here.
I wish you love, light and happiness and a Happy New Year

All decorations down and put away house scrubbed.  DD2 and DS2 helped though DS2 did grumble at having to clean the shower room, he got over it though.  Went to the shop and posted 40 parcels off that we'd sold.  Trying to get ahead before Monday, not that we can open but there's loads to do whilst we're 'quiet'
DD2 is cooking tea.  She starts her new job on Monday so hope it goes ok.

Old collie had the squits last night, she had me up at 1 and 3 so feel shattered now.  Now sure she's terra firma yet.  Took her bandage off her leg.
