My doing attitude has now ground to a halt. I’ve washed the ungrateful mutts paws. Honestly you’d think I was sticking them in molten lava the way she was carrying on. I’ve snipped the ‘tails’ off the bag ties where Eve joined them and removed the weeds that were trying to grow behind the boards in the French drains. Poop picked the garden and pulled some more ragweed, it never seems to get any less!! House plants have been repotted and potential new plant babies potted on. Whilst plants were off the windowsills they and the windows were cleaned. Had a chat with princess peace lily as she was looking a bit sad. Bird of paradise plant given a stern talking to and moved to a different spot. Determined to keep this alive as sister had killed hers. Not competitive!
Done some googling for buffet food ideas and what can be made and frozen in advance. Also got an idea of the props needed to make the garage into the theme I’ve chosen. Now slobbing in bed contemplating a nana nap. 💤 OH is going for a beer with a friend after workL

I am so tired. Feel like I’m running on fumes. Finally got the vets bill. Expensive but not as bad as I thought it was going to be. Paid it with cc so I get the points but will clear when it becomes due.

Phew to the vets bill being in "could have been worse" territory - that's something at least.
Poor sleep is so flipping miserable though - do you think maybe the unknown of the vets bill might have been playing in to that as well? If so with luck tonight may be better.

Slightly better nights sleep. Got the foundations in for the retaining wall before it started raining. Neighbour messaged to see if we could spare any cement. They’ve already borrowed 5 and then took the 3 we had left. Should get replaced next week. As thought the boat buyers have given back word. Annoying they could’ve let us know sooner.
Ordered some clippers so I can tackle the mutts coats. They should arrive on MondayL
