That looks so good - really great work! Can you try a couple of trellis panels and see how they get on? You could always add more if they stand up to the conditions OK?

Phoned the vets to see what the damage is and they still haven’t done the bill. I know it’s going to be expensive. It’s making my eyeballs itch h not knowing. She’s hopefully getting round to it this week.

Loaded the pick up with rubbish to do a tip run and the ruddy thing wouldn’t start. It’s definitely going. Bit the bullet and bought some trellis which OH has put up.
Friday morning had a phone call from DS1 which is unusual. He was letting us know that one of the kiwi shearers was on his way and he’d offered him a bed for the night with us. Absolutely no problem and I love doing stuff like this. Then got a text message from him and he arrived about 4.30. I was out meeting a friend for coffee and cake but OH was at home. What a lovely young chap he was! OH took him fishing and I went to play badders.
Had a frantic call off neighbour, she’d fallen off her horse and needed help catching her. Luckily said horse was pelting back down the lane and OH caught her and calmed her down.
One of the dogs had a lump on her tail, on closer inspection it looked like a tick had become embedded in her skin and it had swollen up. OH gave it a squeeze and all the gunk came out. She was very good and let us do it. I need to bathe the youngest dogs feet as she keeps gnawing at them. That’s on my to do list for today. I’ve also got some Christmas cacti that need repotting.
Had another awful nights sleep. Seems to have been a theme this week.
Had a couple of friends for tea last night (they were delish! 😋) they’re doing a house up and stay in a caravan whilst they complete the work. Potentially I might be the housekeeper when it’s finished. It depends how long it’ll be before it’s done and my job situation then.
