Well the tumble drier fix didnβt work, which is annoying as that wouldβve been Β£109 towards a new one. Iβve tasked DS2 in sourcing another one and to bring it up. DD1 came up with a good idea to go to Costco. Failing that Currys.ΒThe weather has calmed down still a bit windy but nowhere near as bad as it was.ΒLTotal Debt Dec 07 Β£59875.83 Overdrafts Β£2900,New Debt Figure ZERO !!!!!!:j 08/06/2013

The party went very well, despite the weather Gods not coming up with the goods. It did stay dry but it was still windy and had to hang onto the gazebo otherwise it wouldβve taken off.ΒAll the adopteds left on Monday afterwards and the chaps stayed for the rest of the week.ΒWednesday, the weather got its act together and itβs been glorious ever since. Had a lovely day at the beach and DGD thoroughly enjoyed it. We went out for a meal on Wednesday night but the place has been taken over by new people and not nearly as good as it used to be.ΒDS1 and family left on Thursday, the DDs left on Friday and DS2 is still here.
We went to Attadale gardens on Saturday. Had a great time and DS2 downloaded an app to identify the plants which kept him amused. The day did go downhill when the pickup decided it wasnβt going to start. Weβve been having problems with the battery going flat. Tried to jump it off another car but it didnβt work. Luckily DS2 has listened to mum and dad and got AA cover (mum and dad hadnβt practiced what we preached) Β They came after about an hour with a battery pack and that got it started. The chap confirmed that something was draining the battery but couldnβt figure out what. Yesterday they spent time trying different fuses but still not cracked it.ΒI forgot I had a shift yesterday at the b&b but remembered in time to turn up. I did have it on the calendar but in my head it was next Sunday.ΒGot some friends coming for tea tomorrow night along with the naughty next door neighbour. Her puppies are doing really well and are 3 weeks old today.ΒLTotal Debt Dec 07 Β£59875.83 Overdrafts Β£2900,New Debt Figure ZERO !!!!!!:j 08/06/2013

My car battery used to go dead all of the time too. I was driving a Mitsubishi Lancer and it seems that they keep turning the air conditioning all by their self on at weird times (like overnight) when we weren't even in the car. Our mechanic discovered this by reading up on problems people had with the car. After we disconnected the air conditioning, we have been doing okay with it (22 years old, 190,000 miles). Maybe you car model has something similar.2

Glad the party went well in spite of misbehaving weather. Hopefully the nasty sort-of-neighbour chap won't be back again any time soon - what bizarre behaviour!Βπ MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 π And now we go againβ¦New mortgage taken 01/09/23 π‘
