Gosh, last night was a hard shift. Had a new person helping me but not really any time to train. Then unfortunately FOH took a meal out to the wrong table, so that put me on the back foot to catch up. My day job has been really busy as well and a few frogs need to be munched to keep up.
Still helping my friend with her pony. She’s doing ever so well and means I’m doing loads of walking.
The shed we bought has arrived and I think we plan on putting it up next time OH is off. He should’ve been off this weekend but they were short staffed so he’s volunteered to go in. Hopefully he gets a few brownie points for that. I’m trying to have a lie in today (not working as I’m wide awake). You can guarantee tomorrow when I need to take the girls to the groomers I’ll be struggling to get up!
So today’s plans are lie in, a bit of work, paint the log store and possibly take the pony out.
    Have a good weekend.

My friend has managed to get me an appointment with her hairdresser. Her hairdresser does colour!!! I’ve got to go for a colour test and then I’ve got an appointment in June. Oh happy days!  Not had it done since December.
Painted the log store, brushed the girls did a bit of work and that’s about it.

Girls collected, look and smell wonderful. My groomer only wants to do one more groom. She’s expecting and will be taking time off. Wonderful news. So I’m on the hunt for another one. Seems I get one hair problem sorted and another one pops up.
Off on a jewellery making course this afternoon with the naughty neighbour and meeting a friend there who’s going as well.
En-route going to drop a stone slab we have at a friend’s to get a carving put on. There are road works at the moment and it can take 40 minutes to get through, so need to leave in plenty of time.

What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

    Gorgeous view.

Sorry about the work shenanigans and the abortive work at home. Hopefully you can get it sorted soon. Solar panels sound a great investment - and your new shed.

Solar panels are a good investment if you plan to stay where you are for a while and it sounds like you do
