    Beautiful beach photos.
seems like cars are the money spending theme for a few MSE'rs this month.  Ours has just been serviced.  After I hand over my £350 I always expect to drive home in a super duper F1 type vehicle but it never seems any different.  Once the car is out of warranty we will use our trusty local garage for services.

Another working week completed. A busy night last night. Going to go to town and buy some paint to redo one of the log stores, hopefully get that done this week if the weather plays ball.
DD1s attempt to finish her father off by taking him up a Munro nearly worked, I think his legs have nearly recovered but he’s been scarred for life!  She’s back on the mainland and doing some more big hills before coming back here next week
Still need to order the sheets for the shed. The wood and sand should be delivered this week.
I’m going on a jewellery workshop later in May, along with a couple of friends.

Ok so had a complete change on the shed. We priced up the sheets first the roof and sides which came to £500 plus £200 for wood and then we’d need door hangings. It was while we were looking for door hangings we realised we could buy a shed for £600. So I’ve ordered it and hopefully they will be able to deliver up here. I’m going to cancel the wood we’ve ordered and change it for some aggregate, concrete and sharp sand.
Also been looking at pond lighting for the stream which is proving to be a bit of a minefield. A few phone calls to make on Monday.
Glad I went to buy the pant as I got the last tin of the colour I wanted.

Sounds like a busy few weeks. Glad you got to see your family and that your niece and baby are well. Love all the photos.

The building materials got delivered yesterday, hoping the shed will be delivered before the weekend end but I think it’s more likely to be next week. Also purchased some aquatic lights to illuminate the stream. I did have a strop with the company I purchased them off as it said free delivery and then put a £25 delivery surcharge on. I phoned them up and said it was misleading and they’d lost the sale. However, everywhere else was either sold out or more expensive even with the charge on. So I had to put my toys back in the pram and order them.
DD1 and I went out fishing on a friend’s boat. Anything we caught got put back as the majority were pollack and I’m not keen on those.
Double shift today, roll on bedtime.
DS1 has paid back the money we lent him, which is handy as the cc has taken a bashing with the recent purchases. Accountant says I’m due some tax back approx £500, I’d like to put this out of any spendy fingers way. Thinking if I can top it up to 1k and put it in a bond.

When it rains this is a waterfall in the garden. At the moment it’s got a few primroses. Can anybody tell me how I can get them to spread or take cuttings?
