A long day today, up at 5.30 to go with friend to Inverness. Had to be back for 3 so I could do my evening shift. Absolutely cream crackered. Treated to a lovely sunset on my way home

Went on a walk yesterday with my friend. In my head I read the text she sent as 5 miles there and back. I need to get my head checked as it was just over 9 miles. It would’ve been 10 but I parked a bit closer to the starting point. The sea stacks are called the Macleods Maidens, which was the whole point of the walk. Stunning day.
Had a quick bath, picked up neighbour and friend, went out for tea and then to psychic night. Absolutely jiggered today and don’t plan on doing very much

As a result of the long walk the mutts have come home with resident pets. An evening of de-ticking was required. Phone call to the vets to get the drugs they need and that should be the end of those little blighters.Another gorgeous day but a chill breeze is keeping the temperature down. I’ve been on a widow Twankee washing mission and washed the mattress and pillow protectors. Also turned the mattress. Everything is getting line dried. Will smell delicious!
