The hospital has been visited and it has been confirmed that I’m an enigma. They don’t know why my vision went funny but I’ve been signed off.Visited Dunelm and bagged another Christmas present, Tescos and Lidls were also on the hit list. Also called in at a marine suppliers and got some prices for engines. Confirmed that they are eye poppingly expensive. Let’s hope OH can mend it. He’s looked at the back up engine and that’s terminal so potentially need to get one but that depends on the main engine being repaired.Thought we’d get a takeaway on the way home. Sat and waited in the car park as we were a bit early, they were supposed to open at 5 and there were staff milling about the car park. It got to 5.15 and still no sign of them opening so went up to the door only to be told they were closed for a refurb. A bit rude as they’d seen us sat waiting.OH is taking the pooch to the vets for her booster and meds. He’s going to drop some lamps off that Ive sold on fb. Get rid of some more of the garden fencing.LTotal Debt Dec 07 £59875.83 Overdrafts £2900,New Debt Figure ZERO !!!!!!:j 08/06/2013

Sorry to hear that the vision thing isn't going to be explained but I guess at least it means anything unwelcome has been ruled out! I've started getting visual migraines over the last few months - no idea what's suddenly brought that on but they are certainly a bit odd!
That really is rude about the takeaway - it must have been obvious that you were waiting after al, you'd think someone could just have popped across and told you!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Yes a full service and MOT and they haven’t found anything. Vision is back to where it should be but I do get dry eyes. @EssexHebridean could your migraines be food related?
Annoyingly OH dropped the lamps off and a light shade has been damaged. I wonder if the dog sat on it in attempt to avoid the vets. Said I would collect them next time I’m in town. I’ll also have to call in at the cinema as an event I’d got tickets to has been cancelled. Despite being told 2 weeks ago the refund hasn’t appeared. Phoned them today and they aren’t sure why but I can call in and get cash off them. That’s a bit of a pain.LTotal Debt Dec 07 £59875.83 Overdrafts £2900,New Debt Figure ZERO !!!!!!:j 08/06/2013

Managed to go to badders last night. It was ok. They just don’t seem very friendly, though I do have a resting b1tch face so that might not help.No work today and not much planned. Weather is pants, if it does stop raining might go and collect the bins and give them a walk home. Need to dust the living room, it’s annoying me now. I’ll make some mushroom soup and we’ve got left overs for tea, so might have a slob in the bath later on.Got a deep clean to do tomorrow at a cottage so that’ll keep me out of mischief. Hopefully third time lucky the dogs will be at the groomers.LTotal Debt Dec 07 £59875.83 Overdrafts £2900,New Debt Figure ZERO !!!!!!:j 08/06/2013

Kind of good that the hospital have signed you off but medical mystery is not fun.
Hope you find something that is more fun to do if the badders group aren't quite right for you.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Finally got the girls to the groomers. Pick them up later. Lovely to hoover without having them under the feet. Got beef !!!!!! off in the slow cooker, neighbour is coming for tea.OH is off tomorrow and going out with the boys. It’s his turn to drive. I think they’ll be off to a distillery on the mainland.Poo picked the garden, took ages there was loads but the weather has been so awful I haven’t ventured out. Did collect the bins in style yesterday. Neighbour needed the car jump starting so went up in the pickup. Couldn’t get the bonnet catch to open so while it was out went up the lane and put the bins in the back. Swapped it over for my car and got it going. Then ended up going for a drive with her to charge the battery up, which culminated us ending up at OHs work and getting a private tour round the distillery, she was well chuffed.LTotal Debt Dec 07 £59875.83 Overdrafts £2900,New Debt Figure ZERO !!!!!!:j 08/06/2013

The girls have been groomed and smell like they’ve been bathed in a summer meadow. Long may it last (24 hours usually)
Finally finished re watching Pesky Blinders. Looking forward to the movie.Started pricing up heating oil last week as we’re getting low. Thought I’d hang on till this week. Regretting it now as it’s shot up.LTotal Debt Dec 07 £59875.83 Overdrafts £2900,New Debt Figure ZERO !!!!!!:j 08/06/2013

Just had a meeting and it’s been confirmed tge dark overlord aka my manager is retiring at the end of February. Not sure how I feel about it.Looks like we’re due for some yukky weather this weekend. I think it’ll be a case of battening down the hatches. In the middle of negotiating a price for a secondhand car for DD2. First offer rejected so I’ll leave it for the rest of the day and see what happens.Going out with neighbour tomorrow, just to do little jobs. She’s got her pooches at the vets and then she’s got the dentist. I’ve got to collect the damaged lights (annoying) and then call in to get refund that for some reason won’t credit back onto my card. Possibly get lunch out.Leftovers for tea tonight.LTotal Debt Dec 07 £59875.83 Overdrafts £2900,New Debt Figure ZERO !!!!!!:j 08/06/2013
