Glad you were able to buy the tender so easily - at least there are some things that can easily be acquired up there!

I’m not sure how often we’ll get out. It’s weather and work dependant. This will be the first it’s moored which I’m hoping will make a big difference. It has been incredibly stressful getting the ruddy thing in and out!!!

OH was eye balling tomorrow as potential to launch it. I have popped his balloon and reminded him it’s doggy haircut day.
DD2 received part of this year’s Christmas present. I ordered her an air fryer which she’s better off having sooner rather than later. I also arranged delivery to her work as I knew she wouldn’t be home. Managed to post her birthday pressie yesterday.
Work was very quiet. Really hope it picks up soon. My sciatic nerve was ouchy yesterday. Couldn’t wait to get in the car and put my heated seat on. Phoned OH when I was nearly home to have the bath ready. Not sure what I’ve done to set that off.

Can you use a tens machine to help with the pain? Hope it doesn't persist and you have a good weekend.

Thankfully the back pain was a 24 hour thing. Very unusual for me but I’ll take it. Popped round to the neighbours for a coffee yesterday, didn’t feel like I could settle to do anything.
I did find my litter picker and spent a happy hour picking stuff out the stream. Makes such a difference when I use it, previously I’ve neatly face planted myself in it. Had a few more thoughts on some garden projects which I need to run past OH.
Dropped the dogs off at the groomers this morning. We decided to come home as it was such a glorious day and do some jobs. Mine was in door lawn mowing (aka hoovering). Got it done today instead of tomorrow and didn’t have the hounds under the feet. Mopped living room and dining room floors, others not too bad once mowed.
Tomorrow is bed change, bathrooms windows and doors, oh and collect a very frugal shop.
OH mended the ride on as he’d snapped a belt and trundled round outside for a bit. He also put the diggers battery on charge. Once that had charged he started digging out the pad the kennel is going on. I was in charge of the tracked barrow moving the rubble to a different spot.
Went and collected the hounds, they look and smell wonderful, like they’ve been washed in fabric softener. One of them has had part of her legs shaved so she looks a bit like a pigeon. If it’s easier for the groomer and mutt I’m fine with it. Just grateful to get them done. They’re going back in 8 weeks, which is after our holiday. Not long now.
Had stir fry for tea but the stir fry veg had gone beyond saving so I made up my own. It was quite good.
Work was really quiet again last night. Made for a long night.

They do smell quite delightful, long may it last!  Totted up my mileage and haven’t done very well. My motivation is lacking. I have done a mile this morning as OH had to be in early. The total is 26.92 miles, which means I need to try and do 3 miles a day or a very long walk at the weekend.
Bedding is in the wash, it’s a bit misty and murky out so that will be going in the drier.

    bu&&er just lost a post.
OH and I went fishing last night, off the rocks. It was probably too early and too cold but it was nice to do something different and not sit in front of the tv. OH spent most of the evening untangling his line. He thinks there’s too much on the spool so will need to sort it out and start again.
I had put in my lost post that we were on the cusp of ordering a dog kennel and run. I can now update that to, I’ve ordered a dog kennel and run. It should be here before the end of May.
Booked my car in for its MOT it expires on the 11th but can’t get in until 15th.
Managed to break through the 30 mile barrier. I’ll only manage a mile today as I’m at work tonight. Still a long way to go. DD1 has nearly done it she’s at 48 miles so is going to smash it!
