*Healing vibes* for your DD ATB.
Marvellous news Mumof2. That's a huge step for him.*Healy doggo vibes* for Pigger's DD's doggo.

Expert WM repair chap has fixed it! Next time it leaks I must remember that it's probably a blocked filter inside it and phone him earlier. In the meantime that bit of carpet will have to be replaced so we're going to refloor the shower-room and an extra half metre in front of the WM, get an electrician to put a shaver point and light over the mirror and then get some shelves up in there. It will be a huge improvement to that area and shouldn't cost any more than the money we were prepared to shell out for a new to us WM. In the meantime I can bung on a load - hurrah!
    Better is good enough.

(My name is Roundtuit for a reason :o) Health hazard is now in the wheely bin and replacement pulled right across the bath to [STRIKE]hide the minging window sill[/STRIKE] air / lose creases ;)

  • Good for you for working from home YL. Hope you'll be switching off for the evening soon x

Mumof2 - great news about J sorting his stuff :j

Dropped two bags of outgrown kiddies clothes at the chazza earlier before we went to the doctors.

The kiddies have had a bath and DS has had dinner. DD managed a few mouthfuls, and has opted for some strawberries instead. Another dose of penicillin due before bedtime.

The woodburner is lit and we are all in PJs. I think I will be in bed early with my book tonight.

    Have lovely evenings all xx

  • 50% edible offering tonight. Peas and sweetcorn. It takes a particular level of skill to add something (tomato?) to rice to turn it red whilst simultaneously removing all taste from it, even that of plain, white rice.

I'm going to clean bathroom #1. And then sit in the bath and [strike]relax[/strike] spend lots of money on a groceries delivery.

    I am so bored... again...

I have replaced DS2's coat.. I got him a medium for christmas and it was enormous so it is now replaced with the small which has just come back in stock.. I got him some new clarks (boys!) shoes too.. they are so much cheaper than the mens velcro shoes.. £21!! bit of a bargain really. That should be him sorted for a while.. his last pair has done him for 6 years!!

I need to sort DS3's birthday present still for next Sunday and I need to harass OH into getting his mother a birthday card.

    DW done
    WM refilled

I did real food for dinner.. mash with real potatoes and everything. *polishes halo* <- see.. flying lol

Argh... bored and fidgetty... I hate this!

Roundtuit Well done on your progress. Hope you had a lovely time with your friend x

HB Glad the wm could be fixed x

    Kitchen window and sill cleaned
    Toaster decrumbed
1 worktop cleaned and tiles washed
    Draining board scrubbed
    Outside cat water dishes cleaned
    Recycling put out
    Ground floor

Finally got DS2 to agree to shave for the first time. We bought him a shaver last year. It was rubbish and has hardly worked too late to complain.
Can anyone suggest a good one?

    Good evening, finally.
Today was a full day at work to make up for missing so much time earlier in the week. Consequently very little flying done. In fact the most got done between getting up and going off to work. I did sneak in the grocery shopping after work, but ended up spending way over what I wanted to, and very little to show for it. And that was with a list. I must get a grip. To finish the day off nicely, I then tried a new recipe that I had scribbled down a while back - carb overload, so now feeling supremely heavy, and not in a good way. would gladly trade for Jojo's veg overload.
Tomorrow morning I have to take DD to hospital for an extra appointment requested by her consultant. Any spare good luck vibes greatly appreciated.
I hope little miss ATB is on the mend and has a good night's sleep.
Fab news Mumof2. You must be really pleased with that progress.
