Have you asked them? You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

As an aside, C-m, I was taught at school that you use "Yours sincerely" when you know the name of the person/people you are addressing and "Yours faithfully" when you don'tCoupon-mad said:When you write a letter you always head it up formally, with address, date , 'your ref' etc.
In fact ''yours sincerely'' goes with 'Dear (named firm)', not 'faithfully' which follows 'Dear Sirs'.

Yes, hands up, I didn't really explain that very well! I agree with you both; I also learnt that at school.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I submitted my defence a long time ago, therefore it does not have the Southampton Approved Judgement along with some other things/appendix which would help in my case. Can this be added in with my Witness Statement or can this be done with a Skeleton Argument?0
-
Any and both is the answer , the whole point of your bundle is to include all items required including what you said
Bear in mind that the witness statement plus exhibits plus summary costs assessment are required (your bundle) , but the skeleton is optional2 -

Yes i saw that, I also saw a post from bargepole following his court claim procedure. I will do both to be sure, and attach the Southampton Judgement along with it.0
