As an aside, C-m, I was taught at school that you use "Yours sincerely" when you know the name of the person/people you are addressing and "Yours faithfully" when you don't

I submitted my defence a long time ago, therefore it does not have the Southampton Approved Judgement along with some other things/appendix which would help in my case. Can this be added in with my Witness Statement or can this be done with a Skeleton Argument?

Any and both is the answer , the whole point of your bundle is to include all items required including what you said

Bear in mind that the witness statement plus exhibits plus summary costs assessment are required (your bundle) , but the skeleton is optional

Thanks for the advice, I will send of the DQ tomorrow through the post and start working on the bundle ready for the court date.

normally the advice on here is to email the DQ to the CCBC, not post it

I would definitely not be posting it due to the CV19 pandemic, everything has gone to email and online in the last few months and even before covid we recommended people use email, see posts by KeithP

post is a no no as far as if it can be avoided and currently seems very erratic

Yes i saw that, I also saw a post from bargepole following his court claim procedure. I will do both to be sure, and attach the Southampton Judgement along  with it.
