There is no email address directly to Gladstones Solicitors
Oh yes there is.

** UPDATE **
I have received another email response from Gladstones with photos of my vehicle and a closeup of the signage along with copies of the original notification that I have allegedly already received. They have also attached documents they believe will assist me in making a factual response to their Client's claim such as a pre-action protocol for debt claims sheet.
What is the next step, do I continue to robust a second time similar to the one in the main thread?0 -
Was the car parked right out of any bay, by a kerb, or what? Was it marked with yellow hatched lines, or nothing?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

From what can be seen, your car was parked outside a bay.
Surely the driver can confirm whether that's the case?1 -

Hi guys,
Is there any update on what I should do next?
I have been given a 30 day notice from 22/06/18 provide a response or make payment in full, failure to do either will result in further legal proceedings against you without further notice. (This is what they sent to me through email.)0 -
Wait for the claim; you've already replied to their previous letter and they gave you some photos. No point responding again, these cases are won at hearings, as you will know from reading all the successes recently.
