No guess, prove it. Your photos must be date stamped. Point out the claimant is either deliberately lying shout the signage, for which you would hope an appropriate sanction is given, or else they are clueless about the actual site, and aren't a real witness - in which case you would like them to be appropriate sanctioned.

    **Update**
Hi all, I received through the post today at Supplemental Witness Statement as shown in the images below. It's been dated 21st October yet the telephone hearing is on the 26th October. What's the plan of action for now, can they file a statement this late on?

Who has signed that WS?  Name?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Just object to it at the start and point out that your WS was in fact filed & served on xx/10/2020 and not 26th (date of the hearing).  And point out that this supplementary WS and the previous one (maybe?) has an altered statement of truth trying to absolve the 'witness' from their personal honest belief by instead saying 'the Claimant' believes, rather than the signatory 'witness'.

Dis your WS get filed & served in time?  Did you counter the Semark-Jullien case in it?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You have left your full name clearly visible on that letter.

And with that in mind, you might want to get your forum username changed to something completely anonymous.

To help with that, have a read of this item from the Forum's FAQs:

    Can I change my username?

In most circumstances, we don't allow this.

The only reason we will change your username is if it puts your privacy at risk e.g. you've inadvertently registered using your name, email address or something which gives away your identity within your username.

If you fall into this category, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com your current username, the email address you registered with and three alternative usernames in order of preference.

Yet another Witness Statement where the Statement of Truth starts...
    The Claimant believes...

How can a Gladstones employee be making that Statement of Truth on behalf of a third party?  At least Jack Chapman purports to be an employee of UKCPM.

    Are you sure?
The first line of that statement says:
I'm not sure anyone can work out from that just who employs him.  :)

Yes, please do tell us. Who is that Gladstones employee? Does Jack Chapman now admit to being a Gladstones employee?

I'm so stupid, I got rid of everything except my name. It has been edited out and have requested a username change. Thanks for this.
