    Am i allowed to give this information out? Employee of Gladstone has signed it.
    Yes, please do. Who is that Gladstones employee? Does Jack Chapman now admit to being a Gladstones employee?
    Employee name is James Tark
    Nah!  James Tark isn't a Gladstones employee, he is the MD of EPS!

    Yes, confirmed by Companies House.

    And once again we see the document labelled as Exhibit GSL1.

    GSL = Gladstones Solicitors Limited.

    Mish mash with smoke and mirrors writ large.
    Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

    I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Up until two years ago Mr James Tark was known as Mr Shamshar Singh.

  • This is all good stuff, appreciate the help. I believe writing a supplementary WS is not required by me but to mention all of the points mentioned in this point at the hearing?
    •  Altered statement of truth trying to absolve the 'witness'
    • My WS was emailed electronically and dated/signed on 11th Oct therefore in fact served on time
    • The Witness is not a Gladstones employee yet making that Statement of Truth on behalf of a third party
    Anything else I can bring up?

    The 3rd point is not a point worth saying - it's not meant to be a Gladstones employee. They are not the Claimant.

    You should be asking straight away for the court to disallow that document; it was filed and served too late and yours was on time.
