It's so frustrating having to wait so long for your mortgage offer but it sounds like it's just a matter of time til you get it.
colouring is lovely - you have a great eye for colour.
perfect weather for nutritious home made soup.

Well I've been fantasising for a few days now about making orange loaf cake. I woke early so as soon as Ex went to work, I got up and made 2 orange loaf cakes. In further prioritising of self care - I plan to start my day with soup and a walk. Kickstarting my day with exercise and fibre, the dog should then be more tired and I can then focus on my work.
I'm going to start the will process today too. (c£100 following link from here)
I have had a couple of NSDs this week. Progress.
So last month I set myself a goal of saving £300 which I hit. This month I am hoping my divorce legal bill will be £500 or less. If it is - and assuming my car passes its mot without any issues - I hope to save £700 this month towards paying off Ex's equity etc.

That sort of prioritising of self care sounds absolutely ideal. Right throughout the lockdown we started pretty much every weekday with a walk - it was really nice to get out, see the area as it changed through the seasons, and have a bit of time for a chat before the usual daily "stuff" got in the way. I'm missing it now, and will look forward to Friday mornings when while MrEH is still WFH it will still be able to happen!
There shouldn't be that much paperwork to do for a re-mortgage/TofE once it passes into the legal phase - the actual registration of the TofE might take a while though but that shouldn't affect anything else much - the Land Registry have got a proper backlog running at the moment though.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡
