Hi MF, WelshKitty, Grogged and Elisheba - and thanks for posting.
Glad the soup ideas and colouring were a hit. Certainly a lot cheaper than other options out there.

Thanks MF, JWil, WelshKitty, ES, Capuchin and EH
I chased the broker - he said I could chase again Friday. He thinks the lender may not look at the docs until 26/10 as they tend to only look at individual cases once a week. He's promised to chase though.
Solicitor has sent papers through to sign - but I've asked her to change the time within which I have to pay Ex in case the mortgage offer and conveyancing is delayed. Hopefully we can both sign tomorrow. Ex is paying £25 of the £50 fee and she reckons it could be approved within 3 weeks. Here's hoping. She didn't think there was that much conveyancing to do for a remortgage and transfer of equity so she felt it should be quick. Using the lender's solicitor though so who knows.
I've done my balance class and it was a new routine tonight so harder again. I have to remind myself that some of the moves I found impossible when I first started and I've improved a lot - so will with these ones too - particularly as I am going again tomorrow so should learn the moves more quickly. I think one of the things I like about the class is because I struggle with movements and balance it requires my whole attention which is therefore helpful in other ways too.
I'm going to follow up on the will this week - not done the replacement one yet.
Moneywise I'm doing well so far. I have my MOT next week. Hoping that's straight forward and that there are no extra costs... but thanks to my sister I have an EF again now so should be okay either way.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Using classes as a way of emptying your head of stress is very good.
