Thanks Blackcats and EH
On the will - I will get it done - but I have time yet so dealing with more pressing stuff first.
Worked a really long day today - only left work at 8pm... I needed to write a report for someone to look at who is only available tomorrow. Thankfully I will get flexi credit... and that will help when I have to leave early to collect DD etc...
My solicitor has sent me a load of new stuff she's drafted so I need to go through that. It will be tomorrow at the earliest though as my brain has now gone walkabout for today...
Going to have porridge and basically go to bed!! It's an exciting life I lead. Highlight of last night - was emptying a tub of garden prunings into next door's bin (I'd filled mine).
DD is at her hotel but still feeling sick - but whether that's from the second jab or the weekend takeaway we're not sure. I felt quite a bit better today - just as well...
DS is in London viewing accommodation but hasn't told us if he's coming back tonight or not... Roll eyes...
BIL is coming Wednesday to help fix the loose banister rail... [one of those read between the lines comments]

Thanks MF. Still tired 😩💤 today. Finished work early and took a nap but means more to do tomorrow. Hopefully can get an early start and get it done before counselor late afternoon. Don't want to work tomorrow evening if I can help it... I have the balance class and BIL coming
Did go out for loaded fries and a couple of soft drinks. Did some colouring. Great welcome from dog 🐕 when I returned. WFH tomorrow so hopefully less intense. Cleaner due too
Not done stuff for solicitor yet. Requires headspace. Read it though.
Can get will done for £99 via link from here so will do that next pay day.
Asked Ex to collect DD Friday

Today I have been blessed in multiple ways.
- Started work 8am practically unheard of for me. Part way through the day - the deadline for the work got moved back significantly by a third party so that gives me a fighting chance of getting what I need to do done and others doing their bit too without working more silly hours. I can now collect DD Friday too which otherwise I'd have struggled to. Ex will do lifts for her next week instead.
- My cleaner has been so the house feels better.
- My counsellor has agreed to charge me £30 instead of £40 for the next 4 sessions - she felt I had enough going on without the worry of £ too which was sweet.
- I went to my balance class and the instructor had bought me a yoga mat!!! Which was extremely kind. My balance is really improving. Even though the movements are slow - it makes me sweat!! We had a nice chat at the end and she was very complimentary about my improvements which given I struggle with some basic movements was really encouraging...
- BIL is here making my banisters safe...
- I also bought myself my fave coffee cake from MnS
No early night for me though as I think BIL will be here a while. He's cutting a hole in my bedroom wall to anchor the banister with a plate inside the wall - and in theory will then do some kind of replastering to hide it... Here's hoping it is both safe and looks good at the end!!

Thanks MF
It turns out my banister had 1 screw and 4 nails into the plasterboard... i.e. nothing really holding it to the wall!!! BIL is now thoroughly sorting that out for which I am really grateful.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

MF He's a good bloke. I am sure he'll help again if needed.
DS actually got paid the £1k+ he was owed from freelance work last week. By that point I think it was several months late. It will help with his London moveAchieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

All sounding really busy in a good way, glad ds has finally been paid.
I'm glad the work deadline has been eased and hope you can relax over the weekend.
