Always liked that green pottery growing up.
Well done thinking differently about gifts, it could lead to further commission's.
Keep chipping away at the CC, it will be paid off soon.
Good luck with the remortgage. One day you will spot the perfect home and have the balance you're looking for.

  • Love the jug SH - I like quirky things and have a few pots with faces on in the house.  Great idea about the Christmas present.  I painted slate chalk boards for my neighbours last year and they went down well.  A unique piece of art makes a wonderful gift.

All sounds good.  Glad you had a nice time with your Sister, and great news about the commission piece.

I saw your slate presents last year - they were really impressive. I'd have loved them...

I am also enjoying having longer nails and have bought some gel polish and they look great. I haven't managed long nails ever, and this time something has clocked (attempted to stop biting them quite a few times) and they got long enough to paint.

That chair looks really comfy.  You can sit in it to read and relax.  Great bargain
