Hi Grogged, MF, Jwil and DIALovely roast lamb dinner today. Doggie was very happy with lamb scraps. Hopefully go and see MIL at some point this week.
Had fun reading. May see if I can write some more of my book shortly. DD has gone out for long walk. She must have met someone as she's been gone hours. She is meeting some friends to celebrate a birthday tomorrow and raided my present stash. She was happy 'cos I had a load of b0dy sh'p stuff I'd bought for a £1 each. Some of the others also had birthdays during lockdown so she's taking them stuff too.
Hope you are all resting / having fun.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Thanks GAP. It was nice thank you. DD has been busy seeing friends in gardens yesterday and today.
I did another 2.5 hours work today. I also wrote about 300 words of my book. Hoping to get back to that this week.

Thanks MF.
Work surprised me with flowers today which was lovely. Got a few stressful things going on and they wanted to cheer me up. Will touch base with my GP later in the week too.
Our cleaner also came back. It turns out - when I suspended her services was right around the time her DH came down with C19 - so I put her on hold just in time to protect us. Because she has kids at school the family are now doing regular testing so that makes me happy and more confident about having her back. She did 4 hours this week - just downstairs!! (DH took down the xmas tree yesterday ready for her arrival LOL).
DH is off this week - so we went to my favourite food van and got some takeaway food - and then took doggy for a walk in a woodland / country park further away from home so we got a lovely change of scenery.
