Paid a whole £3.54 off the mortgage. Really tired this week. Takes too long to get to sleep. Onwards and upwards.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

There are many people (including myself) who frown on the benefits of vitamin supplements etc, but as part of our anything that helps against COVID regime, both my OH and I have been taking Vitamin D3 and Magnesium. Without having tested their benefit against the pandemic we have both been sleeping excellently. Whilst continuing with the D3 my OH has stopped taking the magnesium as the pills are huge. May be a coincidence, but since then she has been sleeping badly and I have been fine.
Just a thought !!I think I saw you in an ice cream parlour
Drinking milk shakes, cold and long
Smiling and waving and looking so fine6 -
I will look into more magnesium. I too am taking multi vitamins as part of anti virus strategy. My tablet has 27% of recommended magnesium and 200% but D. Sometimes I take an extra separate vit D.
Took dog for a walk earlier and got soaked by a downpour despite wearing a coat. Had to completely change.
Our microwave is on the blink so may get new when DH paid Friday.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

How daft is that bank. Is there any way of sending a secure message to them?
Maybe send an email retracting your paperless settings cand while waiting pay a bit extra off a different one.
Hope you sleep better soon.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.4 -
Hi MF - I did pay via my main bank yesterday I just thought it was wrong that I couldn't pay via the CC's own app. Definitely closing the card come the end of March anyway so not too concerned.
Someone who missed my free promotion at the weekend has bought today anyway and offered to leave a review when they are done. There are kind people in the world. I briefly climbed to top 24 in the paid charts today which was encouraging... Need to find a way to generate more book sales to stay there though... I was number 1 in free across at least 3 categories at the weekend which was lovely.... I have 2 free days left to use in a 90 day period - but I need to find a way of generating new interest. I think I've tapped my direct network out... Although I have found that people tend to need more than one 'marketing request' to take action... So maybe I'll have better luck next time. At least three people have said they would have bought but missed the offer - so I've promised to follow up next time it is free. TBF Getting two reviews yesterday was fantastic - and definitely helped with the motivation to write more... Trying to learn 'insta' at the moment and grow a following there... Will see if that results in anything or if it is just a time suck... So much to learn - but keeps me young...
DH has asked for £25 to spend on some ICT security stuff... I was like you can if it's essential - but it's making hitting my CC repayment of goal more difficult. He then wanted me to lower the target. I was like - No. I want to try and top up our EF - it fell dramatically last month - AND still repay a massive chunk of debt - making the most of lockdown savings and no CT this month... We do have a misc pot - but I'd already raided it before the month started to help get the EF back up. In better news - he did claim his overtime so hopefully that will get paid Friday - and more than cover a new microwave. Here's hoping.
I'm currently paying DD to do some cleaning and hoovering which is also lifting my mood... I've done some laundry today too and DD is doing hers...Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Are any friends spreading the word through their contacts? Word of mouth generates sales.
Hopefully DH sees this climate as a great way of becoming DF, which could easily change with a few days notice and spends increase because of being back in the office.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.4 -
Hi MF
Some are helping with word of mouth. I am hoping that as more people read that I will get more reviews and then more downloads. Still in top 100 for 3 categoriesAchieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Well the microwave is still playing up - so bought a replacement - should come Friday. £84!! I bought a slightly smaller one than we had last time... and cheaper too. The other had lasted 6.5 years so not as bad as I thought... DH was laughing at me as we had £ in another account I just didn't want to spend it...
Since I had to move £ anyway - paid another £200 off new target CC.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Soon be packing target CC's suitcase and waving goodbye!
DH isn't fully getting or understanding the cost-cutting things you're doing and the long-term benefits.
