Hi DIA - sleep still hard to come by - it took until about 4.30am but at least I got a long lie in. If I had been in work this week I would have needed to be off sick or go to the doctors. I think I need to force myself to do some exercise today and hopefully that will help. I am feeling a bit better today. DH cooked my dinner which while one half was burned and the other undercooked at least showed willingness LOL. He also cleaned the kitchen bless him.
I decided to pay another £120 off debt given that we are delaying buying my M&D's xmas present. Target card now £3600.
I have a food delivery tonight - there's a few substitutions but it's mostly okay. Hope the ports open back up soon or the shelves could get empty very quickly.
I've been watching M@m@ Fur Fur on utube today - definitely opens up options with regards to creating income later. I've realised what the problem was with getting the business bank account sorted - so I've taken action there - not sure if it will be sorted this side of xmas but perhaps this side of new year - in which case I can upload my book and get started. I am also going to have a go at some of her passive income ideas and see how I get on so am feeling more hopeful again. I think I was just completely exhausted.

Are you limiting your caffeine in the evenings and trying to stick with the same bed time, that will help reset your body clock.
CC's coming down nicely.

sorry about your sleep issues - it's really very draining for you. If you have audible, I use their bedtime stories. Basically they are approx 30 mins to an hour long - stories that have no real beginning, middle or end and are read in a very steady, calm voice. The Meditations of Marcus Aeralius and A Brief History of Mathematics have sent me off to sleep on multiple occasions. (Sound very high brow too, but I've never got past the Phonecians contribution to mathematics as I've fallen asleep) 🥱5

Definitely try some exercise. I sleep better when I have walked.

My sleep is all over the place at the moment too, so I can empathise! I hope you get a good night's sleep soon."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee2

Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.
