My journey to a debt free life

So my plans for the month are to sort my house out and finish the jobs I have started but not finished due to being in too much pain. I'm back on the decluttering but to be honest there's not loads in the house to get rid of so that won't take long. Me and DD2 are giving the kitchen a good clean and makeover but that will be later. Tomorrow I am sorting the box room. I've cleared out and got rid of anything that doesn't belong so tomorrow I wiping it all down then it's being painted. I've picked this room because it's small so I can do it on my own. I'm looking forward to getting it done now.
Today i I met my friend for coffee and god did I get wet 😳it absolutely chucked it down while I walked from the bus stop to the coffee shop. I had a brolly but this was like a monsoon. We had a nice catch up and have made plans to go for a day out somewhere local while I'm off.
Im hoping to get to the beach on Saturday but it depends on the weather. I don't mind if it rains but not if it's a deluge like today. I want take B because she loves it and I think we might be running out of time before she is unable to go 😟

Today I have scrubbed the spare room to within an inch of its life and can now paint it. I've got paint to do it so it won't cost me anything either 🎉🎉 the only casualty was the bookcase which collapsed when I moved it. It was a really old one from MFI ( anyone remember them) and it's kept going for about 25 years so I've had my money's worth. That has spurred me on to decide to get rid of all the books that were in it. I haven't touched them for over a year and they are just something else to dust so they are going to the charity shop. I want the rooms I don't use to be as empty as possible so that they are easy to keep clean and I won't have to pack them up when I eventually move.Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1203

Do you know, I hadn't noticed MFI isn't there any more till you said.
