Hi everyone sorry I've been awol for a while I've been depressed so not felt like posting. I'm starting to feel better now so hopefully things are on the up now🤞

I am now on my month long break from work as part of my retire and return plan. I go back to work on the 22nd of November for two days a week. Work has been crazy so I need this time away.

I do have plans for my month off but will post about them next time. I need to go and catch up on everyone's dairies too 😊

Thank you for updating us, OBL. I'm sorry you've been having a bad time.

You must have really needed this rest: hopefully it will be the start of a better balance after all you've put in over many years. I do think some jobs will take all you can give them and still expect more, but now you'll be able to get proper recovery time between shifts.

Pleased to see you posting again OBL - I hope this month will allow you some time to feel more balanced and in control especially after a busy time at work.

Thanks Cherry the job has changed so much since covid and not being in good health has taken its toll. I am really looking forward to just doing my two shifts and that's it. My boss did suggest I could pick up extra if I wanted to but I politely declined 😂
