Sun_Addict said:Glad you found some comfy shoes for a good price 😃 I got a brilliant rechargeable light from Lidl, I use it to read in the bath in the winter as I hate having big lights on, it spoils the ambience. I also have lots of candles lit so it’s very relaxing. Hope you get some answers from the Rheumatologist appointment.Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1200

Oh dear I'm such an idiot ......just tried my dress on to see what it looks like with the shoes and it doesn't fit ....... why oh why did I not try it on before you might ask.....I'm asking myself the same question.
Luckily DD 2 is roughly the same size as me so I hurriedly tried on all her suitable dresses and she has one I can wear. I was thinking I would have to start all over again and I don't want to have to buy an outfit I won't wear again so I was very lucky 🙄
Im now off to bed, fingers crossed I can sleep 🤞🤞Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1202 -
Pleased you found a dress to match the shoes rather than the other way around 👍
I get exactly what you mean about waddling like a penguin when you first get up and not being able to walk as far as you used to. It’s so frustrating. Hope you get some help from the rheumatologist. You haven’t had to wait long.January spends - £587.581 -

I was supposed to go and see my mum and dad today but felt awful when I woke up so I cancelled and I'm going on Thursday. I worked yesterday and was in a lot of pain last night which was still there this morning despite taking pain killers. It's eased off slightly now but I'm taking it easy today because I'm working again tomorrow. I really hope they come up with some answers when I see the Rheumatologist next week because I can't carry on like this for much longer 😟
I am going to sit and do some knitting this afternoon and try to have a relaxing dayOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1201 -
Enjoy the knitting. I always try to mix a hospital appointment with something nice. Have a lovely mooch around Dunelm 👍January spends - £587.581

I always enjoy Dunelm, I wonder if they have Christmas stuff in yet?
I hope the knitting goes better with the revamped panel. I'm trying to get my head round a lacy stitch to follow a pattern for a baby dress but at this rate the baby will be old enough to finish it herself by the time I've mastered it.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

Combining the hospital visit with a trip to Dunelm is ideal because it's so far out of my way that I never go out there and I can have a cheeky coffee too 😀Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1201 -
