I also live walking, but struggle to carve out the time for it. Did find a walk that took about an hour direct from our house, but actually went into the country. I also dislike driving to start a walk, I am obsessed with needing to know I can park!

I'm not normally keen on it but I'm trying not to let it build up so thought I would do it all straight away 😀

We make plans then don't end up going anywhere because we haven't organised ourselves, but we are trying to plan to do something most weekends if we are off at the same time

The trip out sounds good! I live in a scenic area too and it's too easy to miss out on the things tourists strive to fit into their week or two, when you live there all the time. Strange, isn't it?! I lived in London for about five years but fitted most of my sight-seeing into a few weeks!

Definitely should not have joked about coming down with something as virus number three million and two has landed 😫😫felt rough all day at work so came home and went to bed. I've now got a sore throat, headache, cough and have lost my voice. I have only just got over whatever it was that I had a couple of weeks ago 😫😫I did a LFT this morning and it was thankfully negative, this is starting to feel like a chest infection so might have to try and get a GP appointment

I did have a good day at work despite feeling awful so that was a bonus. I'm going back to sleep now and will hopefully not feel as bad tomorrow 🤞🤞🤞🤞

I hope things are better tomorrow, OBL. A colleague had a chest infection requiring antibiotics then got Covid while still recovering. There are definitely some other horrible bugs about and in your job you must meet quite a few of them.
