Hi everyone,sorry I've been awol I've been busy 😀
I cant even remember half the stuff I've been up to as it wasn't anything exciting just life.
We did have a nice Easter Monday though, me and Dd 2 decided to go on an adventure on the newly opened Devon railway line that takes you to Okehampton. We had a quick stroll round Okehampton but nearly all the shops were closed and to be honest you don't go there for the shopping, there was a nice little craft shop there but it wasn't open.
Okehampton is the gateway to Dartmoor though so it's really handy to be able to get there via public transport. It always upsets me that I live here and pay for the privilege and can't actually visit anywhere . We found a lovely walk that we are going to go back to and there are several walks that start out from the train station for us to try too. Both myself and DD2 love walking but something always crops up and we don't end up going so we are determined to make more effort and get out and about this year.
Ive been in town today for shopping and have also got a load of washing done and out to dry, it's a lovely sunny day here so it will hopefully dry ok
I need to get up off my bum now though and go and do something useful 😀
