Well done on both pounds results 🥳 A neighbour got to goal with WW by never actually following the plan as she didn’t have a clue how many points were in anything, she just calorie counted and went to the weigh-ins.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2

Worked my late shift today and it was actually ok 🎉🎉 I did get soaked going to work though and didn't get home until 9.25 despite leaving at 8pm because the bus didn't turn up. If it's not chucking it down on Thursday I think I will walk into town to get my second bus.
I have today discovered another podcast that is really funny, it's called I Secretly Recorded My Boyfriend and is so funny I burst out laughing on the bus 😂 it's not for the easily offended because of the language but that doesn't bother me. I will be listening while I'm walking.
One of my work mates has given me a link to a lady who does Pilates videos on YouTube, she had a similar problem to me with her leg and she said Pilates helped so I'm going to have a go at them. I can get YouTube on my TV so will try it on there, I might need to get an exercise mat though now I haven't got carpets anymore
Tomorrow I'm going food shopping because I need veg to go with food I already have. We are eating everything in the freezer to clear it out for defrosting then we will do an online shop. I'm planning on walking into town if it's not chucking it down. I was supposed to be meeting my friend for coffee but we have rearranged that for Friday now, my poor friends mum died last week so she is off work at the moment, I haven't seen her for three weeks so it will be nice to catch up
The other job for tomorrow is to give the 🐓🐓a good clean out ,they need completely new bedding in their house so I need to buy sawdust in town as well as foodOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8943 -
Pilates and yoga can really help with muscle issues, but do take care to not overstretch. A mat will be better than just the floor or towel on the floor. @rgos do them at a decent price.Debt free Feb 2021 🎉1

Very tired today after a busy day at work yesterday. I did sleep in until 10 am this morning because I just couldn't wake up.
I've been to meet my friend for coffee today and she was better than I thought she would be, her mums funeral is on Wednesday so that will be a tough day 😟 I walked along the river to meet her so got some exercise in today, I will also have done two dog walks as well so a good effort for today 🏅
I tried a vegan bacon roll in Costa and it was ok,it looked yucky but tasted nice and filled me up so tonight I'm just having beans on toast for tea,I don't really fancy anything else. I'm cooking a potato to take to work tomorrow with some cheese and will just have a sandwich for my other meal as I'm on a long day. Since I've come home I've not felt too good, I keep feeling like I'm getting a cold and my chest is really wheezy,I am also getting a cough so I hope I'm not getting another chest infection. I did a LFT test and it was negative and we also have to do what's called a lamp test before every shift now and that was normal too so it's not covid thank godOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8941 -
What’s a lamp test?Sorry you’re not feeling so good. Hopefully it will pass without causing you any discomfort xSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330
Starting afresh.
You can do anything if you put your mind to it. x1 -

Apparently it's as affective as a PCR test in detecting covid in people with no symptomsOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8943 -
I bet the walking to work is helping with the weightloss as well as the calorie counting- well done on 9 lb. I dread to think what my weigh in will be on Wednesday. I’ve had a lovely few days with my dd and eaten very healthily but she uses olive oil……I’ve had several meals out and birthday chocolates. I’ve done a fair bit of walking but I’ll be gobsmacked if I stay the same 🤞
I imagine the Pilates will help but be careful not to do too much. Any news when you see the physio?January spends - £587.581
