    That’s a good loss. You don’t have that much to lose so that’s actually quite a big percentage.

    Well done - a very nice step towards your goal. :)

    It's annoying having to factor in time of day and clothing but you will know the extra is 'real'.
    I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

    2024: Trainers 5, dress 7, slippers 5, 2 prs socks (gift) 2, 3 prs white socks 3, t-shirts x 2 10, 6 prs socks: mostly gifts 6, duvet set 7.5 = 45.5/68 coupons
    20.5 coupons used in 2020. 62.5 used in 2021. 94.5 remaining as of 21/3/22

    Well done on your loss. I've seen ladies strip down to their bra on top in an effort to weigh less while I've been in a class. It's not something that I've ever been tempted to do 🤣

    Lol @CRANKY40.... I've never attended slimming classes, but at home it's defo everything single garment off including earrings & bangles! I need all the help I can get on the scales!

    You need to listen to the Secret World of Slimming Clubs podcast, I think it’s episode 109 that talks about tricks at the scales like an emergency wee beforehand and removal of clothing It’s absolutely hilarious 🤣
