I'm just wasting time on here until 10 pm so I can let B out for a wee then I can go
to bed, I was shattered earlier but typically feel a bit more awake now 🙄 I want to get up at 9 tomorrow so I can take B out early. My Mum and Dad are doing a drive past so they can drop off DDs birthday card so I need to be home around 11
I also had a missed call from the hospital to arrange my chest X-ray, I tried phoning them back but the booking office shuts at four so I was too late. Hopefully they will be able to fit me in soon, if they can do it while I'm at work it would also save me a trip. I had my bloods done at work on Thursday so just need wait for the results

Yay I managed to get up at 9am 🎉🎉😀I've been out with B and have got a load of washing on the go. I'm just having a coffee before attacking the bathroom. It's a grey cold day today with a bit of fog mixed in but it could be worse because according to FB memories it snowed really heavily this week three years ago and I remember having to walk to work in it
Today will be a NSD because I don't need to buy anything and Im not going anywhere. I made cottage pie for tea last night and there are three portions left which will do me for tonight and tomorrow if DD has one as well so no cooking until Thursday 🎉🎉

I think my body is reverting to hormonal teenager mode. I was in such a good mood this morning but now feel awful. I thought I was gong to burst into tears earlier. I really need to get myself some motivation to do something from somewhere. I haven't done any craft stuff for weeks and I could also be decorating the house ready for having the floors done but I just can't motivate myself to do any of it. I am just waiting for bed time to come round again so I can go back to sleep 😟 I'm working tomorrow then have Thursday off and I am determined to do something useful
Today was nice because I got to fleetingly see my Mum and Dad when they dropped a birthday card off for DD, they both looked well so that was good, I just can't wait until I can hug them and meet for coffee. My mum gave me a couple of magazines and when I started to look through one of them an envelope fell out, it contained £200 from my lovely Mum ❤️  She will have done this so I can treat myself but I'm putting  it in the house fund which will be a treat for me when it's all done. I have texted her to say thank you  and to tell her off for doing it, I can't phone her in case my Dad is there because he would go mad if he found out she had given me money 😟 One of the magazines Mum gave me was Gardeners World which has an article about planting for pollinators in it so I'm looking forward to reading that, I do like to plant my garden with bees in mind. I planted a hedge a few years ago specifically for the bees and they love it (Escallonia )
I also had a phone call from the hospital this morning to book my X-ray so that is being done on Friday while I'm at work, they could have done it on Thursday but that would mean making a trip all the way out there on my day off and I'm sure a day isn't going to matter whatever the outcome. They had a look to see if they had space tomorrow but were too busy. Im working 9-5 in clinic tomorrow so not too bad then the same on Friday. I've also got my rota for the next couple of months and in March I've got three Sundays so that will bump my money up a bit. April isn't so good with only one Saturday and one Sunday but that's better than nothing
I am off to bed shortly because I've got work tomorrow and I'm shattered

Wow what a lovely surprise from your mum. My mum used to do things like this for me. Could the hormonal stuff be down to the menopause.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)

I’m wondering if you have a type of long Covid as you have been tired since.
What a lovely thing for your mum to do for you. That’ll be a real treat when you get your house done.
It’s good you’re having your X-ray whilst at work instead of having to make a separate journey.

It was lovely of her, she is always doing things like this mainly because she worries I haven't  got enough money,I have tried to reassure her so many times but she isn't convinced so keeps on doing it,I always try to put any money she gives me to good use as I don't like to waste it. The hormonal stuff is definitely menopause related,I am classed as post menopause now but without HRT my moods will fluctuate,  I kept meaning to keep a diary to see if there was a pattern but still haven't bothered, mind you if I look back through this one I'm sure  I will have moaned about it before
