Had a rubbish nights sleep last night mainly because I was too hot,I thought my menopausal night sweats had gone away but they appear to have come back, I chucked the duvet off at one point, I have been sleeping with the window open but the police helicopter was out for ages last night so I kept it shut
Work today was ok but I was really tired and my hip and leg was throbbing all day, it seems to have calmed down again now so hopefully won't keep me awake tonight.
There was some excitement here at home, builders discovered an unexploded WW 2 bomb down the road from us yesterday.the bomb disposal team did a controlled detonation today and DD said the floors shook in the house, we are a couple of minutes drive from where it was or about a 20 minute walk, she was recording a video at the time and played to to me when I got home and you could hear the explosion over here, god knows what it sounded like over where it was discovered. The site where they found it is on the way to the nature reserve where we go walking, I wonder if there are any more 🙀

I had a severe eczema flare up a few years ago, really bad to the point I needed antibiotics and steroids, I was literally covered in it head to foot. My GP suggested I took up chanting to remedy it. Thankfully she is retired now. She was really nice but not on this planet 🙄I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2

Woke up to a lovely sunny day today and hopefully no more explosions 🙀 the bomb explosion yesterday left a crater the size of a double decker bus 🙀🙀imagine if it had gone off by itself, the men on that building site and everyone nearby are very lucky people
I have some washing on the go and think I might even be able to peg it outside today 🎉🎉 I haven't had to walk B because DD has gone for a socially distanced walk with a work colleague and she has taken B with her
I would like to go and do some bits in the garden but I don't feel too good today, my chest is really wheezy and I have yet another sore throat so I'm having a slow day so farOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8945 -
