OBL first of all your B is gorgeous . I hope DD is having a migraine attack, bad as they are better than having Covid again. Hope the test is negative. Had your hospital not started vaccinating the staff. My SIL has had both of hers now and she works for the Chief Exec at the hospital so not even on wards .Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.2

How are you and DD today, OBL?
I didn't realise you have to wait 90 days after a positive test to test again, is this because you might have remnants of the virus?I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)
The sun's been out and I think I’m solar powered (Onebrokelady)

DD got a test this afternoon and I'm sure it will be negative, she is feeling better after having a good sleep, although she still has a headache it's not as bad, She has got her stuff ready to go to work tomorrow as soon as she gets her result, she would have just come home taken some migraine tablets and gone to sleep but her colleagues phoned the hospital absence hub and they made her get a test 🙄 I'm really annoyed because it's messed with my plans today and will probably be a waste of our time plus the time of the person who had to come to the house to test her and the resources used
Iv not been good today so have taken it easy,I've still got a headache and a cough, I did have a sore throat but that's gone now, I watched a programme about our immune system tonight so will be following their advice to try to boost mineOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8945 -
We watched that programme too, OBL, alrhough I had to put my poncho over my head for the short section involving the spider, as my phobia kicks in instantly. Good programme. I've read a couple of books on gut microbiome. I know I feel generally better when I eat lots of those recommended foods, & there seem to be so many different areas of research finding links with healthy gut microbiome, that I wanted to find out more.

I listen to the Feel Better Live More podcast by Dr Rangan Chattergee and there have been a few good episodes about the guy microbiome on there. I am awful with food though so didn't listen to them at first but I have listened to a couple and can see why I need to work on what I eat. I just need to get on and do it nowOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8944 -
DDs test was negative which we knew it would be so she went back to work today and I can go tomorrow. I'm in clinics tomorrow so doing 9-5 which is nice and I have Saturday off.
Ive been busy today, after taking B for a nice walk through the fields I came home and sorted out the 🐓🐓they actually got a day in the garden which is actually not allowed at the moment but I didn't shut the gate properly on the run so they escaped,I tried rounding them up but it was frosty and icy and I was worried about slipping over so I gave up and left them out while telling them that if a Fox came to eat them don't come running to me.
I am trying out The Organised Mum Method to try to keep on top of my housework and make it more efficient. I've read through the book and it all makes sense,I will need to tweak the plan to suit me but that's allowed. Before I start the plan properly I will need to give everywhere a good clean but today I thought I would test it out to see if I could truly clean my bedroom in 30 minutes, I haven't touched my bedroom since before Christmas so it was very dusty and there were bits that needed to be put away. I tidied it all, polished it all and hoovered in just under 30 minutes,I should have done the windows in that time but I didn't do them today because I want to give them a good scrub with hot soapy water. During the 30 minutes I also dusted my 8 roomed dolls house which I haven't touched for ages.lastly I left the window open to let some n e fresh air in. The idea of the plan is that you have different levels of jobs that you do everyday Monday to Friday which leaves your weekends free to enjoy yourself. I'm going to have to swap it around because I quite often work the weekend but I reckon I can come up with a cunning plan. The whole idea is to give you a planned routine you can stick to day in day out which should stop me being overwhelmed and having to do days and days of cleaning . I'm looking forward to getting on top of my house again and having lots of free time to do stuff I enjoy 😀

Great news on DD's negative test. I try and stick to the Fly Lady thread on the forum here which is more or less the same thing, lists of jobs to do each day to, in theory, free up your weekend. I've got the Organised Mum Book as well and as you know I'm on the Team TOMM FB group. I do wonder whether some of the before photos on the FB group are staged as who would let their rooms get in such a state, some of them are shocking.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2

Good news with the negative test. At least it gave your dds body a rest whilst recovering as I’m sure she’d have battled on without having to go for the test.
Bet the chooks enjoyed their time out whilst escaping.
The programme about the immune system sounded interesting.....can you remember what it was called or which channel it was on?January spends - £587.583 -
Hope work was okay. Do you have any plans for tomorrow? xSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330
Starting afresh.
