I have a spray mop and love it. I put a few drops of Zoflora in with the water and it makes everywhere smell beautiful. Aside from that I have an electric steam mop plus the Vileda spin mop 🤣
When you get the bathroom tiling done I would highly recommend grey grouting as it doesn’t discolour like white.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3 -
I actually bought a new mop and bucket just before Christmas. I never even gave the spray ones a thought....just went on auto pilot. Like you say would save on storage....he it works out ok for you...bit late for me now 😳

OBL our council tax free months here are February and March - might be different where you are though. I always think it is January and February too and have been very disappointed to see the tax go out of my bank in January! Hope I'm wrong.2

Our council tax free months are February and March. Coincides with my car insurance so I use February's council tax to pay car insurance and save March towards the service/mot in October. Sorry you not well. I hope the last few bright but chilly days are not lulling us into a false sense of security. I have daffodils out in my garden so looks spring like already but we really haven't had winter yet.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free Wannabe, Budgeting and Banking and Savings and Investment boards. Sorry you haven't been well again OBL. I wonder if stress is contributing, but I'm sure doing long shifts wearing a mask is exhaustiing 😷. Now I have to wear a mask at school all day I definitely think it makes me feel more tired. It's so hard to communicate through a barrier.
I think it's a very good idea to use DDs's keep to get some house improvements done. When is she likely to move out?
I wouldn't mind getting a spray mop some time and I think grey grout is a brilliant idea. We need about six grand to do up our bathroom as everything needs replacing, the bath, sink, toilet, tiles, flooring, plaster 😩. We have those small old fashioned tiles with grouting that's permanently brown and no extractor fan so the walls run with water all the time and our sink has three cracks in it 😩.Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

Have you considered a visor? If you don't wear glasses you can get them based on lensless glasses. My hairdresser tells me they are much more comfortable to wear for a long time & don't make your hair a mess.

Im not sure when DD will move out, she is going to be here for at least another year though because she is saving up for a house deposit, she does like it at home and she said The she wasn't sure she would want to move out with things the way they are at the moment because she would just be stuck in at home on her own and wouldn't be able to visit anyone. Luckily we get on quite well most of the time and because we are both working we aren't underneath each other's feet all the timeOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8945
