Today has not been very productive so far, I was still asleep at 10.30 am but was woken up by sounds of someone in the house 🙀it turned out to be DD2 who had come home from work feeling ill with what is probably a migraine but they are making her have a covid test 🙄 just in case, I'm presuming it will be negative but can't take any chances,I'm not sure if you are immune to the new variant if you had the old one or if you can catch it twice, I flaming well hope not because I don't want it again 🙀. DD has to wear full PPE with an FFP3 mask when she is at work because she works only on the Covid wards and we think it's having to wear this that has probably caused the headache, it presses on your nose and face all day plus she can't take it off to get a drink so can only drink on her breaks so it's a recipe for disaster for someone who suffers with migraines, at the moment because of various staff being vulnerable or off she is the only OT in her team who can work on Covid wards so she covers them constantly, personally I think they should swap her out with a staff member from another team for a few weeks to give her a break, I now also have to self isolate until she has her test, luckily I'm not due to work until Friday so hopefully we will get a test and result in time for me to go back, she hasn't got any other symptoms so I don't think it will be positive
I took the rest of the decorations down yesterday and now just have to put them back in the loft which I'm going to do later, it's freezing up there so I need to psych myself up to go up there. I was planning on taking B for a lovely long walk today but now can't got anywhere so she has had to make do with a trip to the garden 😟

Fingers crossed the test is negative. I agree with you it's time she had a break from that ward for a bit.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3

It's so awful that she's in a situation where she's the only one who is in it. I agree a swap would be good for her.
Sorry about isolating again. Fingers crossed it is negative xSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330
Starting afresh.
You can do anything if you put your mind to it. x4 -
Here's hoping it's a negative, though even if she's positive I imagine her recent illness will have taught her body to fight back. Same for you too - but as you say it's likely to be migraine.
B is a real cutie by the way, I love the look on her face.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)
The sun's been out and I think I’m solar powered (Onebrokelady)

I reckon it's a migraine,I'm going to keep out of the way when they come I don't want them to see me with my headache, cough and runny nose 😀 we can both start to do our home tests for work after the 10th of January because it will be 90 days since our last positive test, I still can't believe I'm still not right after 90 days to be honest 😟Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8945
