OBL - If those vieus symptoms are lingering, do stay off a bit longer.
Yes, all the selfish idiots who ignored the rules have contributed to this 2nd wave of infections, but I think the main problem is the uselessness of the Track & Trace system. If this is not seriously fixed during the coming month, it will be another opportunity wasted. Boasting about daily testing targets is meaningless if nothing is done with the results.
It's making me so angry as it feels like we locked down from March to June for nothing.

Another restless night but I did sleep more than the night before 🎉🎉 I didn't get up until 12 though🙀🙀 Today I am feeling ok so that's a bonus. I have cracked on with my plans to sort the house because it was making me depressed sitting in a mess. So the kitchen has been cleaned and tidied, I've polished the living room and hoovered downstairs, I've had the windows open to air the rooms out as well , I did have a couple of tea breaks while I was doing this so did pace myself. I got a bit out of breath doing the hoovering but I took it really slowly. I felt good to be doing something useful instead of sitting on my bum.Im drawing the line at doing the ironing though,I think that might be a step too far 😀 I just need to iron a uniform and some clothes for tomorrow and I'm good to go
Im going to go to work tomorrow because I need to get back to normal, it's not doing me any good sitting at home, Im in clinics all day and will mainly be learning how to use our new computer system, I missed the launch week because I was sick so I've missed all the days we had people to support us in getting used to going digital, I need to learn this as soon as possible because I'm going to be in clinics soon without support and won't know what to do. Someone is going to give me and another person who has also been off a refresher session so that will help too, there are normally only two of us in clinics but tomorrow there will be three so I will be an extra person,it's the ideal day to go back and like I say I won't know how I'm going to be unless I try it, if I find it too much I will just have to come home earlyOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8943 -

I understand you feel guilty because colleagues are struggling ( been there and done that) but if you go back too soon you will end up being off again and possibly set back your eventual recovery. People recover at different rates and pushing yourself will not do you or colleagues any good in the long run.Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8942

I feel angry with silly people who don't follow lockdown rules as this second lockdown has to be caused by those people. If people wore masks, socially distanced and used hand gel the virus wouldn't be spreading like mad again. Part of the trouble are the conspiracy theories online that foolish people believe, plus those who think they're immune and don't care about anyone but themselves 😡. We've gone from Tier 1 to lockdown in the South West which is a bit of a shock to the system. Mind you we were days away from Tier 2 where I live, but still!Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8942 -

I hope you have a good day at work tomorrow and feel ok being there . At least you can come home if you aren't so good. I think you are right not to have your DGS just yet until you are nearer full health. My niece is still unwell this is week 5 now , but she is getting better every week. I am glad you'd house feels more comfortable to be in.Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.3
