Hope you’re starting to feel a bit better. I can remember drinking dandelion and burdock when I was poorly as a child. I had scarlet fever and tonsillitis so many times 😩I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2

Have you got any vitamin D tablets? They are meant to help to. If you get short of breath try some meditation breathing exercises, they can help. Sleep and rest.

Another day spent in bed, I got up this morning to let B out and suddenly fancied some toast and honey,I put the bread in the toaster but by the time it was done I couldn't eat it and had to go and lie down again, I got up at 5 ish and had some Complan, I fancied a chip butty again so made that and managed to eat it but have felt sick all evening,I'm just having some Complan so I can take some ibuprofen then I'm going back to bed, I can't stand the pain in my joints tonight
Edited because I forgot to say I've been craving roast pork all evening which is not good seeing as I don't eat meat 🙀Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8945 -
Have you thought of trying coke? It is supposed to be good for settling stomachs as well as cleaning coins! I've never quite figured out why it works but it does seem to, but they are 2 such opposite things.
