Hope you’re starting to feel a bit better. I can remember drinking dandelion and burdock when I was poorly as a child. I had scarlet fever and tonsillitis so many times 😩
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)

Drink lots and lots of water or squash. This nasty bug can have a go at your kidneys so really keep hydrated and flushed through.
Have you got any vitamin D tablets? They are meant to help to. If you get short of breath try some meditation breathing exercises, they can help.  Sleep and rest.
    Xx
Thanks for the advice, the people at 111 said it can affect your kidneys so I'm making sure I'm drinking, I've got a vitamin D spray that I've been using. I'm finding breathing through my nose and keeping my mouth shut is the best way, I emptied the kitchen bin earlier and had to sit down after I came back in 🙁

Do you  you like ribena - not cheap but full of vitamin c. I used to only buy it when the children were poorly 🤔
I’m pleased dd is feeling a little better. Has she lost her taste too?
Hopefully by resting and getting lots of fluids you will begin to feel better soon. 🤞Fingers crossed and positive vibes 🤞👍

I like Ribena  with hot water in the winter 😍😍 I will have to see if I can get some 😊

Have you thought of trying coke?  It is supposed to be good for settling stomachs as well as cleaning coins!  I've never quite figured out why it works but it does seem to, but they are 2 such opposite things.

Sorry you are still in such pain and your stomach is giving you problems.  I find lemonade helps with settling my stomach and the sweetness gives me a burst of energy.

Hi unfortunately I can't drink coke because it upsets my tummy, I do occasionally succumb but I usually pay for it after, it's also really good for getting stains out of a toilet bowl as well 😀
