Keep resting as much as you can.
I remember handing complain out when I used to be the diet chef in a hospital many many moons ago. We realised there was a bit of a scam on with some nurses claiming it was for patients when they were using it themselves in place of a slim fast replacement meal drink....very similar nutritional value except one is to be used with food- the other as a meal replacement. Said nurses were caught but I never found out what happened to them 😳😳
Hope you have a better night and both yourself and dd turn a corner soon.
I would rather drink slim fast than Complan 😊, we don't tend to use it too much at work now,we use Ensure which is 🤢🤢🤢 I normally buy Build Up but we couldn't find any, Strawberry Complan is keeping me going though

It sounds awful. Glad you have been resting, but getting up for a while is probably good too.
Did you get any more painkillers? I wonder if a pharmacy would deliver?
I’ve been thinking of you and your DD, I hope you feel better soon xx

  • Drink lots and lots of water or squash. This nasty bug can have a go at your kidneys so really keep hydrated and flushed through.
Have you got any vitamin D tablets? They are meant to help to. If you get short of breath try some meditation breathing exercises, they can help.  Sleep and rest.
    Xx
  • I love lucozade! I hope it helps a little bit so you can start to feel more normal again.
