He then went on to try and get me a better deal which ended up just giving me even more channels I won't watch for more than I'm paying now 😡
To be fair I also have 3 mobile contracts with them, but for a total of £25-£28. Don't give up!
I will try again on my next day off and see what happens 😊Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8941 -
Finally found some energy and managed to clean the bathroom plus hoover and polish everywhere, my bathroom is looking very sparkly because after I washed everything I buffed it all up with a microfibre cloth that I normally use for cleaning the windows 😊 I've never thought of doing this before but it made the sink quite shiny 😊
In other news I moved £100 of DD rent into the household savings account, I thought there was already £50 in this account but it's not it's 50p 😀😀how I mistook 50p for £50 I don't know, I also don't know how I ended up with 50p in there 🤷♀️
A while ago I was considering buying a hand held steam cleaner but still hadn't bought one,so today I used £37 of DD rent to buy one from Amazon, it's suitable for cleaning all sorts including windows, I wanted one to make it easier to keep my kitchen clean, cleaning the tiles in the bathroom and cleaning my windows, I find it really hard to clean the inside of my windows so I'm hoping this will make the job a lot easier, the other benefit is it cuts out the need to use chemicals so I won't need to buy lots of cleaning products and therefore will be cutting down on my use of plastic 😊it is due to arrive on Thursday so I will be able to go on a cleaning frenzy if it arrives early enough 😀 talking of plastic I was thinking about it this morning and I think it's been at least a year since I used any clingfilm, I don't buy it any more and just store things in lunch boxes that can be used over and over again or in bowls with plates on top. I haven't bought any tinfoil either in at least a year, I do have some that I'm using up but it's taken me all year because if it's not visibly dirty I use it again, I put a piece on top of a banana bread so it wouldnt burn but it was clean afterwards so I folded it up and put it back in the cupboard 😀
DD mattress arrived, it's a memory foam one and it came vacuumed pack in a box😊it was so heavy though we struggled dragging it up the stairs,it was also wrapped in a massive plastic bag so we dragged it up in that and then undid it on the bed frame. I've saved the plastic wrapping because I need some large sheets of plastic to attach to the short side of the 🐓🐓run to keep the rain out in the winter, it's quite thick plastic so will do the job quite nicely 😊Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8946 -
I'm another who dislikes using cling film or foil, and most of the time I can find alternatives. I do save used foil (washed if necessary) and make it into a 'tennis ball' which can then go in the recycling. I'd be reusing the thick plastic too if possible.
I used to use polystyrene packaging under a tarpaulin to keep the rabbit hutch roof somewhat insulated... I hate seeing thing go to landfill.

Update on my previous post,I thought I had posted about DD buying herself a new mattress but I've just looked back and can't find it. The mattress she had on her bed was really uncomfortable and she was waking up with a painful back everyday.she decided to treat herself when she got paid so looked at memory foam mattresses and decided to buy one of those. They had a sale on and she got NHS discount so ended up buying a £550.00 mattress for £350.00 😊🎉😊🎉 I tried it out earlier and it's sooooo comfortable. I have a normal mattress on my bed but several years ago I bought a memory foam mattress topper that's 4 inches thick, my DDs have always gone on about how comfortable my bed is, it's like sleeping on a cloud and I love it, it's a good compromise if you can't afford the proper mattress,I think it cost me about £70 at the time and I've had it for years now, it's still as good as the day I bought it 😊Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8946

Those toppers are amazing. It does make the beds so comfy and you do feel like you are sleeping on clouds. I love a firm bed though. My parents dislike my bed and that's why they ended up not staying at mine too long when they had their extension built.
I have considered a steam cleaner too, but not sure if it was worth the money. I look forward to reading whether it is or not. xSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

I have ummed and ahhhed about the steam cleaner for ages because I didn't want to waste my money, I looked at loads of reviews so hopefully I've bought a good one and it will help me with those jobs that I really don't like doing because I find it too painfu, I will do a review when I've used it 😊Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8945 -
Woke up really early in an immense amount of pain so took two codeine and went back to sleep until 8.30, my alarm was set for 9 but I got up because it's actually sunny so I took the chance to do a load of washing before I head off to work, I'm going to chance pegging it out and hopefully it won't rain all afternoon 😀

The weather here is so indecisive at the minute. I can't figure out if it's rainy or sunny.
Let me know how the steam cleaner is, if you don't mind xSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

Steam cleaner has just arrived so I will be testing it out shortly, the one I've bought is manufactured by a Dutch company and the English instructions although easy to read and follow are not translated very well 😀 I shall shortly be going steam crazy 😀
I had another bad nights sleep last night and woke up at 3am in agony so took more painkillers and went back to sleep, as a consequence I overslept and didn't get up until nearly 10am,I am determined to have a productive day today despite the late start
DD did some washing yesterday evening so I pegged that out overnight and Ive just brought it in 😊 I stripped my bed and that's all out on the line and Ive got another load in the machine, I don't know how we generate so much washing seeing as there is only two of us living here🙀 anyway it's a beautiful sunny and windy day so I should get it all dry hopefully
I might also do some more garden tidying later if I have enough energy, when I cleared and tidied the patio back in June I dumped all the pots at the top of the garden to be sorted out at a later date and they are all still there, there are two that hang on my fence so I need to clean them and put them back, I can't decide what to put in them though,I don't ideally I'd like something that I can leave in there long term instead of a short term fix, I will have to have a google and see what I can find, last year I grew some lettuce in there but it didn't produce enough to be worth it
Right I'm off to get steaming 😀Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8945
