Just catching up and loving your horsey pictures! You clearly get a lot of joy from riding.
I hope you get a good night's sleep and wake tomorrow feeling better.

Great horse pics. I rode until my late teens and have done the odd hack with my DD1 who also rode until she went off to Uni and lessons got too expensive. She bought me a Mother's Day present about 8 years ago of a hack at a local hotel stables followed by a cream tea. That was the last time I rode. Hope you feel better soon.

Thanks for the well wishes everyone, I am feeling slightly better today 😊still in pain but it's at it's normal level today instead of being overwhelming.
I had a nice day at work yesterday,I was in clinics all day and it wasn't busy so good for me. I now have two days off so can chill out a bit.I have booked Wednesday off as AL because I feel like I need a short break, its only an 8 hour shift so I'm not using up too much AL. So I am now working Monday then I don't have to go back until Saturday 🎉🎉
Today I've spent the day catching up on the washing and ironing and I've also stripped my bed to change it
