I haven't managed to get out for a walk. It rained continuously yesterday and I even had to bring the rabbit into the house for an hour just so he was out of his hutch. He sits in the rain otherwise and wonders why he gets wet.Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8943 -

Like you I am dismayed at some people's behaviour since the lockdown restrictions eased and we have the same level of not following guidelines, drinking and anti social behaviour in our local town which is not too far from yours. We met our DD2 and her family for a picnic yesterday morning down by our river and my son in law and I spent 15 minutes picking up other people's litter to take home. All of us, the 2 year old DGD2 included were appalled at why people do this. It is a real bugbear of mine now.
I hope you managed to miss the rain. We were ok in the morning but it tipped it down after lunch and through the evening.
I am so fed up with people's behaviour lately. They just don't care at all about their surroundings. I hate it when people leave litter, if there's no bin just take it home with you 😡
I'm intrigued now as to where your Town is😀I'm so nosy 😀
We had rain to start with today but it stopped after about 10 minutes and was lovely and sunny for most of the day 😊

Apparently the sun was being 'just too lazy, it isn't sucking up all the rain from the ground, it's the middle of summer it needs to do it's job', proper made me laugh 😂Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8942

I managed to meet up with DD1 and DGS1 today for our walk along the river, it rained a little bit when we first got there but stopped after about 10 minutes, we didn't really get to feed the ducks though because there were too many seagulls flying around and my DGS was a bit scared of them . We had a lovey walk though and it was lovely to see them both. DGS seemed so grown up even though he is only nearly three ( 🙀how did that happen🙀)
DD has just started potty training him and he was very excited to tell me that he had done two wees and a poo in his potty😂😂 he also asked to use the potty twice while he was at nursery 😊 DD was worrying about potty training him because he just wasn't ready but everyone started asking her from about the age of 18 months if she had started potty training him, I told her to wait if that was what she wanted to do, I remember potty training both mine,DD was started young because everyone kept telling me she should be using the potty,it took ages with lots of accidents and regressing. I decided with DD 2 that I would wait as long as possible, she was just coming up to three when I started and needed to be trained to go to play school, it was a totally different experience and she was trained in about three weeks without many mishaps at all. DGS will get there in his own time and seems very excited about using his new potty
After we parted company I realised I needed dog food so I popped into town to pick some up, I'm going to try to order it online when I get paid because I'm trying to avoid town now if possible, I needed shampoo today and I buy it in Superdrug, there wasn't a queue to get into the shop but the queue for the tills was half way round the shop. I came out of there to go into Smiths but the queue was so long I didn't bother.
All these restrictions are going to save me lots of money because I just don't want to go shopping anymore. I registered for Sainsbury's to try an online shop today, I could have booked a slot but I will wait until I get paid before doing a big shop now
Tomorrow I'm back at work so I'm off to bed in a minute, I have a sore throat this evening but I'm hoping it's just hay fever and not a coldOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8944 -

I heard there may be a heat wave next week so hopefully not as much rain as the last week.

I spotted a bloke out of my bedroom window this morning coming off the park with his kids. He had a carrier bag full of rubbish which he stood emptying into the litter bin, which is good to a point, but why didn't he just take the bag back home and put it in his own bin! I've noticed that the majority of litter louts on our park are boys in their early teens who use the skateboard park, they even throw litter down right by the bins!I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3
